Comfortable and friendly I'll be staying again .

Arrived after a days work to a nice friendly atmosphere. Got a pint in the bar before I found my room - good barman and a bit of a chat with local lads on there way home from work . Lovely comfortable room and a great breakfast. €60 - how could you go wrong . I'll be staying again .

Very friendly staff but the dining lets it down except from the full breakfast buffet. Hotel geared up for coach parties and can then be hard to get a reservation in the restaurant when they are in the hotel but bar meals available.

Lovely hotel in Killarney

Myself and girlfriend stayed in this hotel for 3 nights. The location is ok, about 1.2 km from city center. Overall our stay was very pleasant, rooms/services were as advertised and hotel staff were friendly and willing to accommodate any requests we had. However, in our opinion the hotel does have a couple minor downsides. The bed mattress in our room (double bed) was unusually soft meaning every movement by a person could be felt by the other one, disrupting sleep. This was compounded by the bed being slightly narrower than most double beds. The other downside was the breakfast - considering the price per person the selection was more on the limited side compared to other hotels we have stayed in in the past. Notwithstanding these minor complaints, we enjoyed our stay here and would recommend it to others.

Chambre spacieuse et agréable, bonne literie. Hôtel moderne avec tous les services possibles et imaginables (massages en chambres, service repas, restaurant pub, WiFi, aumônier...) Seuls bémols: l'eau est très mauvaise (un peu jaune et mauvaise odeur) et la sallz se bain est vieillotte avec des rideaux de douche pas très accueillants. L'hôtel se situe à 10 minutes à pieds du très joli centre ville.
