Excellent choice of Indian food for breakfast and dinner buffe options. The Chef Vikram Patil provided extraordinary service and menue options werre very tasty. This Marriott is super convenient for us, right in the heart of the manufacturing zone of Pune Maharashtra. The security is top notch and there are signs posted about how careful they are about the food and drink to keep you safe and healthy. The staff was incredible! I don't think I've ever felt more welcome in a hotel. Well done!

This is a full five star hotel that exceeds North American standards. Apurva Bhumkar was welcoming and pleasant after a long taxi ride from Mumbai. I had a medical emergency while at the hotel and staff response was exception in getting me to a competent hospital. Thank you. John Benson (Canada)

Poor Service Level

I stayed in this hotel many times in last 4 years. Prior COVID service level was excellent but during last 2-3 visits I could see service level has been gone down badly(very poor) During this visit me and my French colleague got disappointed with the overall experience and we will think while booking next time. Service staff especially momo cafe was very confused and not bothered to take care of their guests. For any services or order they needed repeated reminders and sometimes they were ignoring us. We gave our feedback while check out at front desk but couldn't receive any satisfactory answer We can't expect such service level from group like Marriot

Great Business Hotel

The staff here are incredibly hospitable and accommodating to every request, the selection of food on offer in the restaurant and room service make a long business trip a lot more bearable. There is a lot of road noise around the hotel, given to its location, but that can't be helped.

Hotel for Business Purposes Only

The Hotel is at a great location if you work is business. It is situation in the Industrial Area. They have executive lounge at the 5th floor where they offer free drinks and 2 snacks. The buffet layout is good but they need man power to refill the exhausted items and timely clean the servicing spoons and maintaining it cleanly. The taste of food is okay but I have had way better at other Marriott properties. Choose this if your purpose is just business and need a comfortable room to spend the night.
