Fantastic location with easy access to all the hotspots for great music. Very quiet neighborhood with comfortable accommodations. Small local grocery store just steps away. Nice pool / outdoor area.

Shore Vacation in Key West

Location, Location, Location. While not on Duval Street, the location was very close and convenient to almost everything in Key West. Pool was nice and a great break from sightseeing. Unit was comfortable. Beds were comfortable. For a 4 day stay, storage was just right. Look forward to next stay.

Wake up with the roosters

Great location just off Duval street and close to EVERYTHING. We did a lot of walking. Our van sat in the driveway the whole time. Being off of Duval street was great yet it was right there. And if you don’t mind the roosters (I’m up before they are) you will love this place.

Great location

This property has a great location -- walking distance to all Old Town attractions and easy access to coffee shops, bars, and restaurants. Despite it's proximity to Duval St, it's super quiet. Love the pool area as well. Suggestion to property management company: install a brighter light over the entry door. It's difficult to see the keypad at night.

Excellent Location

We stayed in Nassau Suite.. facing building upper right front…. So close to everything, no need for transportation. Unit was as advertised, all the needed necessities. Parking space onsite limited but had no issues…. There is also a paid lot close buy if needed. Dryer works best on manual settings. Overall satisfied and enjoyed our stay

Only bad thing was the wood floors made our bare feet black so i dont think they had been mopped...but everything else was great...beds great kings...all equipped kitchen...safe location

Cute condo, great area

This is a super cute condo. It is very small, yet well appointed. We had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable. The backyard area is beautiful and inviting. The pool is lovey, the seating area is large and accommodating, the grill was ready for use and there is a six top table for dining. Parking was a bit tricky, but we made it work. This is a super place in an excellent location. You are within walking distance to all the fun, shopping and food. Also, there is a grocery store 1/2 a block away. This is a great place to stay!

everything was perfect except for the parking situation. there were 4 units and only room for 3 cars parked in a row. not convenient. also we had 2 cars and overnight parking(15 min walk) was $40 a night. great location and pool, bbq area

Location, Location, Location

Walk to everything from this location just off the center of Duvall. Unit was very comfortable and the backyard with heated pool made for relaxing afternoons before heading out for dinner.

Our $2,000 because of Travel Insurance denial

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Never made it there.Purchased travel insurance from Generali Global Assistance which was offered by Nassau Suites.Hurricane Milton hit the day before we were supposed to travel from N.Y. and our flights were cancelled.Once I found out the flights were cancelled I notified Key West Vacation Properties and Realty that we couldn't make it. Generali insurance denied our claim and I contacted Key West Vacation Properties and Realty and they said they couldn't help us. This was supposed to be a retirement present for my lifelong friend now we're out $2,000.

Only drawback for us was that it's a second floor unit and had to drag our luggage up the flight of outdoor steps. We were able to do that, but some guests might not be able to handle the steps. Incredible location for enjoying Key West

Reviewer Comments: The apartment is very spacious, and the kitchen is adequate for repeating food, or making snacks, but I would not want to have to prepare a full meal there. 1 bedroom is very spacious, the other a bit tight, but adequate. Both meds are comfortable. There is a ceiling fan and the smaller room, and portable fans in the larger room. Despite the horrific heat, there is no difficulty keeping the apartment cool. The outdoor space is beautiful and relaxing. The pool was fantastic and even has a built-in table for playing cards, games, etc. The location is literally just steps away from all of the action, but quiet and relaxing. The only thing we felt was truly lacking was a smart TV so we could watch a movie together. I would absolutely rebook this property without hesitation.

When you come back just get in pool to cool off. For longer stays storage could an issue in second the second bedroom but for short stays it works out ok. I would stay again anytime.

Kind of con but not a deal breaker - Parking (don’t bring a car to avoid jockeying for limited space. No dressers in one room and small, bathrooms are attached to living room so have to walk out of bedrooms through kitchen to get to bathrooms. Directions weren’t clear where to find our unit upon arrival and had to walk around to each door to find ours. Only annoying part of trip was dealing with so many emails from the management company and threatening if you didn’t respond in time your room would be canceled; very confusing and tedious process to complete so many forms vs. doing it all at one time so you don’t miss anything. We rent ALOT and thus by far was pretty annoying but loved the place though.

In the heart of Old Town

Clean and comfortable but be ready for lots of crowing roosters, sirens, the unique whine of 2-cycle gasoline powered scooters, and the everyday sounds of other guests within this old structure. Sleeping here is not unlike what some might fondly reference as the 'college experience'...
