There were very few people staying here this particular week. That made it very nice. We had the pools and hot tubs to ourselves, very nice. The same applied to restaurants, no waiting and excellent service & food. Only issue we have was the master bathroom toilet seat was not attached and we could not attach it. A one floor layout would have been better too.

Our townhouse was beautiful, well kept, nicely decorated and great location. Our only complaints were that the large pool and lagoon hot tub was closed one day, which unfortunately was one of the only nice days there. However, the game room and grounds were beautiful. My family enjoyed the pickle ball and basketball courts. Management at the front entrance wasn't always friendly and you often have to wait a long time for someone to notice you were there to open the gate.

This property was perfect for my husband and I on our Key Largo getaway! It was so much better than getting any kind of hotel. In fact, our friends that had booked with a very fancy hotel came to our place every night so that we could hang out and play cards. There was no where on their property that we could do that. Also, we were never able to even visit them as that hotel wanted to charge us $100/per person/ per day to use any of their amenities. We had all the amenities-both with the complex as well as plenty of room in our condo. I loved going for walks around the complex--around the pool, the marina, and out to the tiki hut to watch the boats and the sunrise. Although it was spring break, we didn't see any of that kind of action. Very family friendly. Also, management was easy to contact and so accommodating! We will absolutely return!

The bed was bad. On my side it had hole where I sank to every night. My wife ended up sleeping on the sofa because it was uncomfortable. We left the night before checkout to sleep on our own bed. There was dust on the dresser and night table.

The unit was nice itself. The driveway is suppose to be for the guest but was unable to use although the security guard said they would tell the person to move the vehicle, never happened. The snacks were a nice touch, but if you have a party of two or more have duplicate items and some were stale. The signage to get to the place is terrible, dining s limited.

We booked Unit Six-Zero-Two which should not be rented. Visible mold on walls, cabinets, window treatments. Smelled like a than a wet dog in a hot closet. This unit has not been maintained by the owner. Many things do not work and/or are broken. After being shuffled around for days we just left. Moderators- there is nothing wrong with my comments, they follow guidelines and are true

Upon arrival there were 3 roaches visible in the unit. Management was supposed to stop by to take care of the issue but I don’t believe that they did. Carpets were filthy and smelled like mold. White socks were black within minutes. Sofa bed mattresses were very uncomfortable. The unit was very well stocked and all appliances worked well but the gas grill did not work. There was an electric grill to replace it, but it took a long time to cook on it and was definitely not the same as the gas grill. We did like the fact that there was plenty of room for all and a fridge on two of the 3 floors. Next door had outdoor patio sets but our unit did not. It did, however have a patio set on the second floor patio but unfortunately the furniture is falling apart. The pool (although not private) was very clean and well kept. Would probably find a different place for our stay next time.

The pool area was nice but unit we were is in need of serious renovation. The first floor was being worked on the entire time we were there. Loud concrete cutting going on. The master toilet was broke and ran the entire time. Contacted via expedia message multiple and no response. Contractors working told us they should never have rented unit out during construction. NO GO!

This property is a bunch of town homes that are fairly well maintained looking. We were a little disappointed that there was nowhere to eat on the property originally, but there's plenty of places to eat in Key Largo and the surrounding areas.

Nice gated property with nice, clean pools, hot tubs and above average gym. BUT, be careful which unit you get: 4 years ago we had beautiful condo, it was immaculate. This trip we got townhouse 202.... very run down and in need of a complete makeover.

The pools were wonderful. The hot tub was very nice however the one by our villa was a bit too cool. The jets did not work in the other hot tub. The view was nice and the grounds are well maintained and very clean.
