"Everything on the property was so nice and well-maintained. Loved our spacious and clean suite, especially the screened in porch which was great for enjoying a relaxing morning outside. We spent a couple of nice quiet, relaxing days by the pool. Quick 15-minute uber ride to downtown."

"Beware of the misleading main advertisement for this hotel! Breakfast is NOT included unless you specifically choose a room that shows a breakfast package. We did not see those specific room choices, and when asking the hotel staff about it, they said that they had NO control over what Hotels.com advertises. Also our A/C was out on our last night and we were told there was nothing they could do about it until the next day and they had no other rooms available. The shuttle service was really helpful though to and from the town and the airport, but needless to say we will not be going back."

"The best location in Key West to have the best of the both worlds: rest and recharge at the beach, and walking distance to duval street where all the main attractions are. The staff at the hotel is one of the best I have encountered. And the private beach is truly a hidden beauty!"
