"Unfortunately, the house was filthy when we checked in. The floors and bathrooms were dirty, as was the kitchen. We overcame this, as the house at the lake was spectacular with a refrigerator, bathroom ice maker and barbecue. We were able to spend long periods of time at the lake without climbing back to the main house. Additionally, there is no outdoor lighting on the deck at the main house so we were unable to have dinner outside.

"This a a solid no-frills option for a stay in Bath or Hammondsport. It checks all of the boxes for a reliable place to lay your head for the evening. In our instance, we needed a pet friendly space, in this definitely served its purpose for us.
