We stayed in the Lazy Lake Outpost house by the Lake Roosevelt Recreation Area just outside of Kettle Falls. It is off the beaten track but a great place for families to get together with two living areas and three bedrooms.

Columbia Point Resort is the nicest place around. The staff was friendly and flexible and the half carton of fresh eggs was delightful. There’s a delicious diner within walking distance.

We had been travelling for 9000 KM's on a 3 week vacation and I wanted a nice cozy place to have ahot shower and relax and get ready for camping the next few days. I noticed the room didn't have a hair dryer, so I called the owner, and he had the housekeeper bring me one right away. We loved sitting on our patio chairs and just soaking up the calmness.

Quiet and quaint!!! Loved the comfy bed, easy access, and hospitality. Easiest check in and loved the old style. Sometimes I need to get away from the usual chain stays and this was ideal.
