"I really don't like to give poor reviews, but when I saw baby roaches on the receptionist's desk and not even an acknowledgement by the staff, I was startled. The women working the desk were kind enough, but the place is so awful smelling and cheap-- the room had busted up tiles and ground-down rugs by the bed. I seriously didn't want my feet to touch those rugs. The grouting was moldy. The room smelt like vindaloo and old lady's powder. I couldn't stay for the two nights I paid for. I found a place nearby that charged 2,000 rs a night for a simple but clean room with no odor and no bugs and a pleasant staff. For now, at least, look elsewhere. This place needs a serious investment from its owners, but nobody should be paying them to do it (since they haven't--clearly.) "

"Room was excellent. Clean, modern, well looked after. All staff were friendly, kind and helpfull. All staff interested in talking to you and getting to know you. Breakfast was good, well laid out, pleanty of option and variety each day. Had a wonderful stay overall, would recommend and return. "

"OMG what a find of a hotel, set in the luch greeny of Goa and just a 5 min walk to a beautiful beach this hotel is great, the rooms are a little run down, but please dont let that put you off, the hotel was super clean, pool cleaned everynight and chemicals added, the food was just amazing never got ill from eating here, the owner Rahil and his lovely wife were so kind to us and made us feel like we were coming home rather than jus to an hotel. All the staff were kind and friendly and also made us feel welcome, the 3 resident dogs were great to interact with (Yoda was our fave). We will be returning hopefully in jan or feb 2026, well done guys keep it up."
