Family trip, great place to go.

Quick family trip during big holiday. Some was quiet even with crowds everywhere and close to beach, 15 minute walk 5 minute drive. Pool was nice, but many tiles were loose and I cut my finger, pool needs to be fixed. Water was cool and family friendly depth.

Hôte est situé dans un endroit calme , pas loins de marché et environ 2 km de marché de crabe , si non en descendant on peut trouver à manger par cher , le petit déjeuner est très bon : Europe ou asiatique au choix . Le seul point négatif est le problème sanitaire.

This was a very nice hotel with a beautiful view of the ocean and islands in the background. The service was great and the restaurant food was delicious. I was on l there one night but would def stay there again.

I stayed with my family including kid. This room really comfortable and clean. The room space is enough for my kid to play there. View of ocean is so nice. Especially I enjoyed very much at pool, clean and big. Love this place and will come again next time.

Great little place off the beaten path

We really enjoyed our stay at the Kep Bay Hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and well-appointed. The pool area was great for our afternoon cooling down after touring the area and hiking in the Kep National Park. The hotel was a little bit of a walk from most things but that was ok with us. A tuk tuk to the other things was between $2-$3. The hotel staff helped arrange local tours and even our transit to Phu Quoc after our visit at very reasonable prices. We found it to be a great value. The provided breakfast was not overly extravagant but very good. We ate poolside a couple of times and the food was also good and the bar staff attentive. We really enjoyed our stay.

Dissatisfied

Nice hotel but very disappointed with the Management. We were celebrating my husband's 62nd birthday. I emailed the manager to let him know twice. He never responded. The previous hotel we stayed in called the Kep Bay hotel to arrange a pick up for us. On arrival no one was there. We had called the hotel from the bus station but had difficulty being understood. When we arrived I asked to see the Manager but he was at his farm! I reminded the deputy manager re my husband's birthday on arrival. He said he would arrange the room to be made up with petels etc. On the morning of my husband's birthday I reminded him again. He said I should have informed them before and there would be a surcharge to make the room nice. I again reminded him I had sent an email and told him on checkin. I also asked for an ice bucket for a bottle of champagne I had brought my husband for his birthday, by the pool. We were the only 2 by the pool. He sent a beer create and tried to charge us for this! I asked to see him and took him to their bar to show him what an ice bucket looked like for champagne and expressed my disappointment in his penny pinching and lack of customer service and how he was ruining our celebration. We then got our ice bucket and room made nice with petels and heart shaped towels with no extra charge. I felt very let down by the Managers and feel they are not supporting their staff or looking after their customers.

Ein neues Hotel mit teilweisen großen Schwächen.

Das Hotel hat ein Sauberkeitsproblem in den Zimmern, Bad und Bett und um den Swimmingpool herum. besonders die Liegen sind kaputt und schmutzig. Auch die eigentlich sehr schöne Rooftop- Terasse war am Boden extrem schmutzig. Der Swimmingpool war sehr trübe und nicht frisch. Das Frühstück war auch im asiatischen Teil geschmacklos oder auch Salatsoßen schlecht. Das Hotel ist eigentlich noch sehr neu aber schon teilweise, weil schlecht gepflegt, runter. Ein Ärgernis waren auch die nächtlichen lautstarken Gelage von speziell chinesischen Gästen bis teilweise nach Mitternacht, ohne daß das Personal einschritt. Die Lage und Aussicht vom Hotel waren aber sehr schön. Auch die Ausstattung der Zimmer war gut. Bis auf den schlechten TV Empfang.. Liegt alles Personal und am Management.

Trevligt hotell

Vi hade bokat rum för två vuxna o ett barn (11 år). Det var två sängar. Frukosten för barnet ingick inte, trots att vi bokat rum för 3 personer. Vi fick be om en 3:e handduk varje dag, eftersom de glömde attvi var 3 personer i rummet. Personalen är otroligt vänliga o vill hjälpa till, Bra pool.

Nytt fint hotell, bra pool.

Vi hade bokat för 2 vuxna, och 1 barn (15 år), vi fick rum med 2 enkelsängar, så det var lite trångt. Frukost skulle ingå, men det ingick bara för 2 personer, så vi fick betala 5 dollar per dag extra, för frukost för den 3’e personen. Personalen var toppen. Så gästvänliga och trevliga. Poolen och poolområdet var toppen.

Not so Good. Cleanliness is no where to find...Floor was never cleaned and the room cleaning service was very late. Dining and swimming pool also not cleaning properly. There was no time restrictions for swim pool usage and make it worse. The location is better. Breakfast is average. Finally not value for the room rate. Behind rooms cannot open the curtains. Always some body peeping through the windows as it was facing road.

Meget bra hotell med hyggelig personale som alltid vil yte deg god service. Store romslige dobbeltrom med meget store og gode denger og flott bad. Leie av hotellets Tuk Tuk for 3 dollar eller gratis sykler. Fin strand 10-15 min gåtur eller 4-5 min sykkeltur. Grei frokostbuffet med noe begrenset europeisk meny. God restaurant ved svømmebassenget. Sandwich anbefales! Vi var en familie på fem som forlenget vårt opphold med fire dager da vi var så fornøyd med hotellet og værmeldingen viste bedre vær i Kep enn i Sihanoukville.

Excellent experience

New hotel. Roof top bar was not open but everything else was running. Pool was great. Hotel staff was very nice and helpful. Included breakfast was from a menu rather than a buffet. Very tasty. Great value. Highly recommend.

Very disappointing hotel

Arrived at 8pm after a 3hr drive from Phnom Penh. The staff didn't seemed happy to see us. We were taken to our room which hadn't had the AC on or the fridge. Room was hot and drinks in the fridge were not cold. We went down to ask for cold drinks and were told they would be cold in 13minutes? We had dinner in their restaurant and I had to pick something else from the menu as what I ordered they didn't have. Staff were in their own clothes no uniform. Meal was extremely disappointing.(Meat was very tough and presentation poor) Went to reception in the morning to speak with the Manager who was reluctant to come out of his office. Explained our experience the night before and he had nothing to say... We left that morning and stayed elsewhere in Kep. Really ,the Hotel is brand new and no expense has been spared on the furnishings and facilities. But the staff are poorly trained and their customer service was NIL. What a shame.
