"Booking was easy. Check in, no problem. Requested to be away from elevators and lobby due to traffic and events late at night. Reservation at the main indoor restaurant was poorly ran. Hostess never called my party so we were forced to take our dinner to go and eat it in our room. Thankfully the food was surprisingly good, at all locations in the hotel. Pool was great - water temp was warm (aka perfect). Loved mobile ordering food and drinks! It saved on so much time. Overall, a good experience."

"The AC unit didn’t work and or the heat unit so the room was extremely cold. The hot tub was filled with dirt and rides to the top. The vending machines didn’t work the front desk lady was pretty rude. The doors were all banged up and had gaps underneath them so you could hear everything that was going on inside or out. There was also crackheads and prostitutes that were living on property. "

"Arrived at the hotel and was told I couldn't check in, even though I was able to book and pay, because I lived 20 miles from the hotel and they have a 30 mile radius limit. Hotel staff was rude and unwilling to make an exception stating that she didnt care if I was unaware of the policy, she wasnt going to check me in. I spent over an hour on the phone with hotels.com finally able to cancel and get my money back that I should recieve in approx 15 days.. I'll never even attempt to use another Comfort Suites, nor will my family/friends. I've never been turned away from a hotel because I live too close. They didn't want my money and I'll never try to give it to them again. I believe this rule was made because the hotel, in general, isn't in a great neighborhood so they don't want their neighbors staying there. Perhaps its a high crime area.There are other ways to accomplish keeping crime out. Make it a 5-10 mile radius. Make it a higher age limit required for check in. Either way, my 2 kids and I were refused service.Very sad. "

"Impressed about the cleanliness of the rooms, but the following was disappointing: 1. The "drawers" were screwed shut and did not open. According to front dest, was on purpose. 2. Window locking mechanism was flimsy and felt unsafe for first floor. Definitely needs update. 3. Paper thin walls - heard all the neighbors until 4am and had to turn on television with a higher volume just to drown out the sounds from little ears. terrible night's sleep! People come to a hotel during travel for rest. The fact that the staff knows that these rooms are for "partying on the weekends" (front desk admitted) and are ok with it tells me that they don't care about the reputation that brings with them. I don't care how "affordable" this appeared to be, I would have paid more for a better night's rest. I will not make that mistake again! "

" First of all, when I got there, they need to do something about their lines. I understand that pilots and flight attendants come in for a restful night, but please respect other people when they arrive as well. I am a paying customer and should be taken care of too. You don’t know if I just got off a flight and was trying to get somewhere as well. Other than that, I would like my funds back because the hotel was dirty and I had to switch rooms twice. When I did switch rooms, the room was okay, but I wiped off as much as I could myself. When I took a bath, the water would not go down the drain. I didn’t have time to stop at the front desk because I had to get back on my flight, so that’s why I’m sending this message so someone can reach out to me. This hotel represents itself as a good hotel, but there were too many coworkers standing in the hallway just looking at you. Please do not put me on a floor where your employees stay — it feels kind of weird and uncomfortable. I also feel like this hotel is under different management because it used to be different people who respected your boundaries and the hotel used to smell fresh. The pool was out, things were everywhere, and if you want people to book with you, you should let customers know ahead of time that the pool and breakfast are not available. This experience was upsetting one star"

"The staff was super friendly. Room was clean. We had a small issue with our room door but the staff was quick to help us to a new room without hesitation. All in all a nice hotel . Would definitely stay again "
