Had a bad experience checking in, took almost 2h to get our rooms. Front desk staff was very incompetent about checkin process and in general. We got rooms in a different hotel building then advertised (5-10min walking to main beach side hotel), this was not well clarified on website. You see main hotel’s photos during booking. The rooms in the adjunct building are brand new, quite and clean. But there are no elevators and it has 4 floors. It is on the land side, no seaview. Food is served in the main hotel and was good. Of note, main hotel lobby and restaurant have no ac, gotta take a dip in water or go back to hotel room to cool down. Kemer bay is calm and excellent for swimming. Beach is a pebble beach. Lounge chairs are too crowded and too close to each other, you cant even walk in between them. You have to pay a deposit for beach towels, a weird system instead of giving towel cards. Pool is small but sufficient for a quick dip. Main hotel’s location is nice, right next to beach and there is a nice pedestrian path to walk/jog. Overall, i dont think i ll stay here again. There are other nicer(but more expensive) alternatives right next to this hotel.

Her şey dahil otel ve fiyat konusunda değerlendirme yapacak olursak, yemekler gayet yeterli herkese hitap edebiliyor veya denemek istediğiniz lezzetleri de barındırıyor. Akşam yemeğinin ilk saatlerinde biraz kalabalık oluyor ama yarım saate rahatlıyor. Deniz taşlı deniz ayakkabısı lazım. Çabuk derinleşiyor. Biz şezlong anlamında sıkıntı çekmedik ama otel kalabalık olduğu için erkenden havlu koyulması gerekiyor şezlonglara. Temizlik her gün yapılıyor. Özellikle yemek alanlarındaki çalışanlar çok pratik ve çalışkan bittiği an alıyorlar tabakları masada dakikalarca beklemiyor. Biz canlı müziğe denk geldik ortalamaydı. Biz beğendik memnun kaldık, tavsiye ederiz.

Tam anlamıyla berbat yemekler damak tadı diye birşeyin asla dikkate alınmadığı bir otel. Herşey dahil niyetine gittik kahvaltı hariç bürün öğünleri dışarıda yemek zorunda kaldık. İçki desen kokteylden bile bir haberler. Koladan su aktığını gözümüzle gördük. Odalar aşırı ufak. Birçok yerde konakladım ama bu kadar kötüsünü ilk defa gördüm. Denizde sıfır konum avantajını ancak bu kadar kötüye kullanabilir bir işletme

tam manasıyla berbat bir tatil oldu. ne çalışanlar ne otelin geneli hiç bir şekilde keyif vermedi. hizmet sıfır. çalışanlar daha hiç birşey bilmiyor otel ile alakalı. Allahtan 1 günlük satın almıştık yoksa çekilecek gibi değil. Bu arada yaş ortalaması 65-70 gitmeyi planlayanlar bunu da göz önünde bulundursunlar. ama tercih etmemeleri çok daha iyi olur.
