About the property....
The 1000 sq. ft. cottage is situated on the North East corner of the island with the nature preserve directly across the road. The property is located on a large double lot that provides plenty of outdoor living space to make a memorable and relaxing island vacation.

- The cottage is nicely furnished with 2 bedrooms and 4 beds as well as a pull out sofa that allows for easily accomodating 6 guests.

- There are vaulted ceilings throughout the cottage, providing a spacious, open feel.

The great room and kitchen are finished in knotty pine providing the feel of a lake house or cabin that has a history of good stories.

- Fresh towels and linens are provided as well as onsite laundry.

- You can take in the beauty of the North Bay with just a 2 or 3 minute walk down Monaghan to the lake's edge.

- Scheele Nature Preserve is across the street with the trail starting 100 yards up the road. From there, you can reach the pristine lakeshore after an easy 15 minute hike.

- The Kelleys Island state park beach and boat ramp is just across the bay at the state park and is short drive away.
