"I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. The property was not clean and appeared poorly maintained overall. The elevators were not working properly, which made getting around very inconvenient. The room definitely needs upgrades — the furniture was old and worn down, and the bed was very uncomfortable. The pool area was also disappointing. It was small, dirty, overcrowded with kids, and there seemed to be no staff monitoring or organizing the area, which made it feel chaotic and unpleasant. Overall, the hotel did not meet my expectations in terms of cleanliness, comfort, or maintenance. I would not stay here again unless major improvements are made."

"Breakfast was excellent and server Hannah was outstanding. The restaurant was busy and my order was slightly delayed but she was able to serve me an English muffin in advance of the order. Nice well kept property, would definitely stay here again if in the area. "
