The rooms were very clean and well stocked, my mom hated the pillows and wished they were not so short and bulky. We did have an issue with the A/C not working correctly and we survived through the first night. We let the front desk girl know the next morning and she apologized and immediately got us into a new room. She was very professional and very considerate of our needs. It was so nice to have someone who understood and didn't make us feel like we were an inconvenient, which is found at so many other places. All the other staff that we encountered were just as friendly and made us feel welcome, The breakfast room girl made us feel like we belonged and was very nice, engaging in conversation with us . Breakfast had a variety suitable for everyone and was pretty decent. We also loved that there are Holy Bibles in the rooms, please leave them there! We will definitely stay here again whenever we make it back to Kearney!

We had a nice stay at the hotel. Rooms were clean, staff nice, etc..., but we hated the pillows, the bars of soap were so tiny, you hardly had enough soap to wash with, the shampoo and conditioner bottles were empty or they wouldn't pump correctly, and the breakfast wasn't very good.

We made a last minute decision on where to stop for the night. We don't normally stay at Days Inn, but it got really good reviews and it was way cheaper (should have been our first clue) than we usually pay, so we booked it. When we got in the elevator to go up to our floor, there was chunks of hair on the floor. My husband thought it was dog hair, but it looked like human hair to me. Like someone had trimmed their bangs in the elevator. it was gross. Got to the room and no joke, there were 2 channels on the tv. Two!! It was bizarre. Maybe that's normal for Days Inn, not sure. The room did not feel clean and we checked the bed numerous times for bed bugs. Even for several days after we got home we felt like we had to keep checking, just to make sure we didn't bring anything home with us. Just not a good experience. We felt like we got duped with a 9.4 rating and I don't want that to happen to anyone else. It was a 6.4 at best.

We were very happy with the cleanliness of the room and the entire property. Breakfast was good and the price was excellent. The staff was friendly and helpful. We only stayed one night as a stop over on our way out to the national parks in Utah. I would definitely recommend.

Informed at check in the direct tv was out and supposedly being worked on. Never worked the day we stayed. Breakfast time cut off was delayed possibly to make up for the tv. It was appriciated. Ok stay. First words out of the clerk after i prepaid on expedia is we need your card for incidentals.
