Wonderful stay in Talaslioglu Hotel

I had wonderful stay in Talaslioglu Hotel. It served me as a perfect base for my adventure to mount Erçiyes and exploring Kayseri. I felt very welcome since the moment I stepped inside the hotel, and had nice frendly small talks with the older man at reception, I think he's the owner of the hotel. The room I received was spatious, clean and comfortable, with double bed, the bathroom with toilet and shower not that big but served me well for the intended purpose. The hotel building is obviously well maintained and cleaned. They served fulfilling breakfast with variety of foods to choose, such as bread, cheese, meat, olives, tomatoes, pepper, eggs, fruit jam, nuttela etc. plus turkish tea. The location of the hotel is very conveniently close to the centrum of Kayseri, and not far from the minibus station where I caught the early morning bus to Erçiyes ski resort. The price for night was on the more affordable side so it's definitely a budget friendly hotel. If I ever come back to Kayseri, I would definitely choose again accomodation in Talaslioglu Hotel.

Nice for a short stop over but not for any longer

Does the job for a short stop and the people are very nice and helpful but dont speak english so have google translate and turkish language downloaded as this will be usefull here and across Turkey in general.

For the price I paid the place worth more than that, it’s really in the middle of kayseri and close to everything…. 1 km from the Seljuk Museum and 2 km from the Kayseri Castle. And 6 km from Airport I paid 100 lira only from airport to the hotel… my room was clean toilet clean, generous with breakfast and the breakfast area open all the time to make tea and coffee, the stuff are fabulous, they don’t speak English but they try their best to help you and understand you … im so happy I choose this hotel and i will always choose it if I decide to come to kayseri again

No toilet paper. No mini bar. All the time smells cigarette. After cleaning your room they leave the doors opens unbelievable if something got lost not there problem 20 year old hotel definitely please don't go to this hotel even it may be cheap they offer u nothing. ..
