This hotel isnt what it used to be before. Rooms arent updated and carpets, washroom are all dated. We went here 5-6 years ago and its probably same carpet they havent changed anything and there is no upkeep/ Also it says complimentary internet but wifi doesnt work. Food is ok but pricey for the quality

Rooms are spacious, good house keeping, good room service, 24 hours hot water. It is a value for money. Pick & drop to Banganga is very helpful to visit to starting point of Treking.

Comfortable hotel with helpful staff

The stay experience at KC residency was very good. Nice clean hotel near the market but still away from hustle-bustle of the central town area. Very helpful and courteous staff.

Expedia got it all wrong

We had booked actually Jammu K.C.Residency but we got booked for Katra and we had to pay for the breakfast though we had booked with breakfast included very wrong on expedia was disappointed.

Poor communication between hotel staff and customr

Was not worth the money I paid for a 3 star hotel. You cN find better one's for this price. No toiletries in bathroom until I requested. No hand towels. Not enough luxury for the price. Poor communication between staff and customers. Inside was being painted with old teaditional way with all hall covered with wooden scaffolding. Dangerous.

Good property Badly managed

This hotel is very very conservative in providing anything to the guest. Be it tea bags or wifi and the worst food ever. They provide wifi access to only one device per room although there are two guests. They took at least 2 hours to activate wifi for the room and they have to do it daily. They provide only 2 tea bags at a time and you have to call them again and again. The food quality is worst ever. They need to start from scratch for the food.

Went to the hotel for our trip to Vashon Devi. Maybe this is one of the best hotels in Katra but I belive there are better options out there. Dirty bathrooms. Food is fair. Service is above average.

KC residency karta not jammu

Hotels. Com gave me a shake. I searched for hotels in jammu and booked this hotel. Later came to know that this hotel is in karta around 40km away jammu town. Stayed only 1 day out of 2days reservation.

Well as of the star category you cannot grade it 5 star and also the washroom wasn't much up to date althought ok at this price BUT ROOM WAS STINKING AND WASHROOM DIDNT HAD AIR VENTS
