The best accommodation!

We did last minute booking based on reviews for this hotel and we were extremely impressed and happy that all reviews were 100% correct. 4 of us stayed at studio with loft. Beds are super clean and comfortable! Bathroom is VERY clean! Little kitchenette had all necessary supply for making light breakfast and lunch. Cleaning service came and did excellent job replacing towels and Making sure we have everything we need. The location is the best! You close to everything! I have nothing but excellent memories of this charming place! And patio! Yes patio super comfortable for enjoying yourself!

The Kripis Studio was excellent experience of stay at Pefkochori. Unexpected good was stay there. In the center of village and near to sea. Very clean and warm welcome by Abraam. Very good beds and bathroom. Super. I stay there again without any thinking.

Spacious yet simple studio in perfect location

The studio is big enough for a family with two children. It is perfectly situated in the city centre, 5 minutes from the beach. In the evenings you have to accept a certain level noise which is logic due to its location (for us totally okay). Yet the furnishings & facilities are very simple and old: not enough room for storing clothes, the bed moves as soon as one person turns and very thin walls (we could hear our neighbours on the toilet). The bath is tiny and old: we could hardly move in the shower, the tile joints and the shower enclosure were old and dirty so that we did not feel comfortable. The toilet lid was too small so that we were sitting on the wc edge. There is very few attention to details: the plugs in the sleeping room are situated behind the bed so that our child (2,5 years) always wanted to play with them. Furthermore we found cigarette ends of previous guests in the flower box on the balcony. These were only removed on the last day (we stayed for two weeks) even though we claimed it within the first days. We paid 125 € per night during high season (August) which from our point of view was far too expensive. Thus the price-quality ratio was very poor. A price of max. 80 € would have been acceptable. We would definitely not book it again, even at a lower price.

Väldigt rent och bra skött. Sängarna är ok lite åt det hårda slaget men helt ok. Trevlig och tillmötesgående personal och 100 meter till stand och bageri,restaurang,affärer men ändå lugnt och bra läge. Rekommenderar vem som helst att boka här. Mycket Prisvänligt 8/10 poäng
