"İşim gereği defalarca şehir otellerinde kaldım. Sanırım en kötü deneyim bu oteldi diyebilirim. Otelin fotoğraflarla hicbir alakası yok. Odalar klimayla ısıtıldığı icin ve yalıtım olmadığı icin buz gibiydi. Hijyen sıfırdı. Banyoda kullanılmış jilet vardi. Tuvalet kağıdı daha once tamamen ıslanmış ve kurumuştu. Ve daha anlatamayacağım birçok rahatsız edici durum vardı. "

"The staff - especially at the reception and the restaurant -was welcoming, nice and very helpful. The hotel is well located with an astonishing view on the Sapanca lake. However, there is no life in the hotel and around after 9pm. The rooms are clean, but have only basic amenities that lack maintenance."
