We stayed in the family suite. It was a nice big size. Great location near kata walking market and great restaurants. Very short walk to the beach. The room had a beach mat and umbrellas for us to use. We spent one day in the pool area. Pool was very nice. Staff very helpful. We had a great experience there.

very warm greetings from staffs when we arrival at the hotel. very nice and chill lobby. comfortable and clean. had a blast swimming and enjoying their pool facilities. well served by their staffs over the few days my family were here. very accommodating to checking out requests. really grateful for their kindness and service.

We spent two weeks at Sugar Marina Pop, with kids, which was an ideal base during our stay in Phuket. We had a kids pool room, which I’d highly recommend to anyway to stay in with children. Breakfast was great and always greeted by Chaba and the team. It’s very much a family resort, so there are areas where this isn’t a premium hotel. The restaurant was also great for food and I’d really recommend the cocktails and smoothies from the pool bar. Not many people seemed to use the bar during our stay and they’re clearly missing a trick. Only drawbacks for us were: - the rooms were cleaned daily, but there was a lot of dust under the beds. - late checkout was promised to us, then not. We had to really push for a different room. This should be simpler.

One of the best stays I’ve ever had! The hotel is absolutely stunning — peaceful, luxurious, and the views are unreal. The room service was so thoughtful and quick, and the front desk team made me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. Huge thank you to Meaw, Mook, Film, Kraud, Dew, Max, Dador, and Nandor — you all made my trip unforgettable! I can’t wait to come back! 💖🌴🌺

部屋は広くておしゃれで、とてもきれいでした。 部屋に滑り台が付いていて、さらにベランダからそのまま子ども用プールに行ける造りだったので、子どもたちは大喜びでした。 キッズクラブも楽しんでいましたが、少しカビ臭さが気になりました。 部屋には、海に持ち出してよいプールバッグ・レジャーシート・ビーチサンダルなどが用意されていて、とても親切だと感じました。 ◯ ルームサービスはお手頃価格で便利 ◯ 隣にコンビニがあり、徒歩圏内にレストランやマッサージ店もたくさんある △ 海までは少し距離があります プールはやや汚れが気になったことと、水がかなり冷たく入れなかったのが残念でした。 （日当たりが少なく、広くて深いため水が温まりにくいのかもしれません）
