The staffs were all friendly and so kind. This hotel is located in the middle of kata and Karon beach. We can arrive there within 10 minutes. It has a swimming pool on the roof top and you can overlook the street around the market. The room I stayed was so clean well organized. When I visited there fruits were served for free!

The stay was nice. Good walking location to food and shops. 3 minute walk to kata and karon beach. Room was fairly clean. The staff was kind. Cons: Cold showers daily and room service don’t clean room or replace toilet paper. They do make the bed, provide clean towels and take the trash. They also didn’t replace the bathroom floor towel.

Great hotel in a great location

The property was in a great area of Phuket. We always felt extremely safe and the restaurant and shopping options were plentiful. The staff was wonderful. The beds were conformable. The pool was clean and in great shape. We really enjoyed our stay st this hotel

Wonderful stay!

I like the staying at this hotel very much! Wonderful! Clean! Great location! It is easy to go to both beaches- 5 minutes to Karon, 7 minutes to Kata. Both ways without difficult hills. Beautiful and cozy rooftop with pool, bar and lounge area. New furniture and good quality bed suits. Friendly and helpful staff. Definitely stay here again and recommend to our friends!

Positive: The hotel is close to both beaches, Kara and Katon. You can walk to Big Buddha within 60-90 minutes. The rooftop bar and pool are nice with view at the sunset. Negative: After 7:00-7:30 a.m. you probably wake up by the noise on the street (Even on 4th floor)

Romms are quite comfortable, no balcony, only window. Hotel is located very close to electrical transformer unit. Wiew from the vindow on this electrical equipment. Rooftop pool is small. It was out of service for two days because of maintenance (fungus or algae filtration). Breakfast has pretty small amount of options to choose. No parking. Overall it is okay for short stay, not more than 2-3 days.

The front desk staff were very friendly and walked us to the room on check-in. The pool on the rooftop was small but they had a fun swim up bar. Unfortunately there are only about 4-5 chairs available under umbrellas so I wasn't able to use the pool for the entire stay as the chairs were always taken. The hotel is located on the main road and there is ALOT of street noise and noise from other rooms. We heard people in the room nextdoor talking and alot of hallway noise. We lost one of the plastic key cards during our stay and they charged us for it. They also had to check our room before we left to make sure we didn't break anything! But our room rate was about $70 / night so I guess you get what you pay for :)

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The room was clean and the bathroom was spotless. This is very important to my wife and I. It was in walking distance of the beach and conveniently located near multiple restaurants and mini-marts. They were doing construction during our stay. That’s the only reason why I didn’t give it five stars.

Excellent rooftop pool. Friendly staff. Hotels are expensive in Phuket and it’s very crowded and busy. Not a relaxing experience but the beaches are beautiful.

Great Hotel

This is a great hotel. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. It’s a new hotel so while with roof top pool was nice, it wasn’t completed (there was no bar). The room was very nice, clean and the bed was very comfortable, pillows too. The hotel is in between 2 beaches, the Karon and Kata a 5 -7 minute walk to each. It’s also near a lot of restaurants and night life.

Hôtel en travaux !!! Le chantier commence tous les jours dès 8h-8h30 am, pas de restaurant hormis pour le petit déjeuner, pas de bar, pas de piscine. Une remise de 20% sur les repas et les boissons est annoncée mais comme nous avions payé la totalité à la réservation, nous avons payé le prix plein. Dommage car le personnel était vraiment super accueillant et le confort de la chambre correspondait à ce qui était annoncé.

Hotel muito bom, localização excelente pois fica a curta caminhada de duas das principais praias Kata e Karon. Rua do hotel é a principal portanto tem restaurantes para todos os gostos, lojas e conveniência. Quarto confortável e banheiro com chuveiro muito bom. Personalet ved Hotellet var veldig hyggelig og hjelpsomme. Bassengområdet var bra med fin utsikt. Rommene var pene og rene. Dette Hotellet skal jeg booke på nytt ved neste anledning mest på grunn av det det flotte personalet og servicen.
