If booking a premium room expect it to be noisy. There’s a perpetual stench of sweat lingering in the elevators and lobby that they use a scent to mask. Location is a block away from the beach.

Staff were amazing. A couple of times housekeeping missed our room but the front desk were always on hand to help in the best way they could - including moving us rooms when ours was really noisy (just unlucky being above a bar) I would highly recommend Glow - for staff, service and a modern hotel, great location and with all you need (I wanted a gym, they had it :) Thanks for an amazing stay Glow team.

Clean and tidy room. In room very handy with having all shampoo, liquid soap, hair dryer, coffee, water, free wifi, swimming pool towels. All staffs very friendly and helpful. Nice breakfast with different meals every days. Healthy foods and very delicious foods. Have kids room, have Bar in swimming pool areas great spot. Have Halo Rooftop Bar excellent spot on the top floor can see great views, great sunset. Fresh air. Friendly bartender great cocktails and friendly staffs. General manager a very good heart and good services with friendly. All excellent place and location and Excellent services.

Great location and hotel

This is a great budget hotel. Very clean, friendly staff, great amenities. It's also in a great location with easy access to several beach communities on the west side of Phuket. I did find a piece of hair on the bathroom counter, and there was a gurgling sound and sewage smell that came from the toilet one night (but it dissipated fairly quickly)--pretty minor issues overall. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel.
