"OmG. Very arrogant and adamant staff. Very authoritative at checkin. Won’t even give an iron. One will say we don’t have iron. Other will say we don’t do it. Third will reluctantly give the iron but no board to iron on. Sticky floor and stickier slimy bathroom floor. Dirty towels. No water bottle as courtesy. "

"There was a plumbing issue on our booked property on the day of our arrival which was not fixed so they arranged for a different home stay which was smaller than the actual booked room and no TV. Again they made us to switch the room on the next day . On the day of departure, the owner asked us to pay though already we made payment through orbitz. "
