Die Unterkunft hat eine perfekte Lage für Anreise aber auch zum Stadtzentrum! Die Zimmer sind sauber und modern und stilvoll eingerichtet!

Tolles Zimmer mit tollem Bad in super zentraler Lage. Leider war die nahegelegene Bar/Kneipe noch bis nach 1 Uhr nachts sehr laut zu hören. Also war der Schlaf dadurch etwas gestört.

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral. Wir waren mit Fahrrad angereist und konnten es in einem Raum in der Tiefgarage abstellen und dann mit dem Gepäck mit dem Fahrstuhl direkt auf die Hoteletage fahren. Auch das Frühstück war vollkommen ausreichend

L'accès depuis la gare est très facile en tram, le quartier est calme, la chambre très bien avec une bonne literie, de quoi bien se reposer et prendre un petit déjeuner compris dans le prix de la chambre

Es war Faschingsdienstag, als ich ankam. In der Lounge, wo sich der Check In befindet, lief Musik in so ohrenbetäubender Lautstärke, dass ich die Mitarbeiterin nicht verstand. Der Check In war auch dadurch nicht so leicht.

Bei Hotel . Com ist die falsche Adresse hinterlegt und ich musste mich durch ein paar Kneipen wühlen bis ich endlich den richtigen Eingang mit der Rezeption gefunden haben.

Die Hotel Buchung hat problemlos geklappt. Das Hotel ist zentral in KA und gut mit der Bahn erreichbar. Leider gibt es keine Psrkpläze. Die Ausstatung und möbilierung ist Stielvoll und Modern. Das Frühstück ist sehr übrig. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und werden es weiter empfehlen auch wegen dem günstigen Preis.

Zentral laut und nur für nicht empfindliche Leute

Liegt sehr zentral an einer sehr sehr befahrenen Straße (sowohl Auto und 5 Linie strassenbahn). Trotz geschlossene Fenster und ohrenstöpser (die im Zimmer waren) war sehr laut. Zimmer wurde nicht jeden Tag gereinigt. In 1 Woche 2 mal gemacht. Staubsaugen ist ein Fremdwort sowohl vor check in als während des Aufenthaltes. Service war meistens nach 15h unterwegs, wenn es service gab. Rezeption war freundlich, Personal sehr freundlich Frühstück war gut

Wir blieben nur eine Nacht in KA: Die Lage des Hotels erwies sich als optimal für unsere Unternehmungen, weil sowohl Schloss als auch Zoo oder Hauptbahnhof in max. 20 Minuten fußläufig erreichbar sind; außerdem ist eine Straßenbahnhaltestelle direkt vor der Tür. Wir erwischten zwei Hitzetage mit einer entsprechend aufgeheizten Nacht dazwischen. Eine Klimaanlage hätte unserem Zimmer daher gut getan... "Entschädigt" wurden wir mit einem überaus reichhaltigen und schmackhaften Frühstücksbuffet. Parken in der Tiefgarage war für uns eine optimale Option (kostete 12€ bei 30h Parkdauer). Mit dem Personal haben wir wenige, aber nur gute Erfahrungen gemacht!

Nicht zum empfehlen

Ich bin mit meinen Kindern nachts angekommen für eine Übernachtung als Zwischenstopp um am nächsten Tag weiter nach Frankreich zu fahren. Gebucht hatte ich für 3 Personen ein Familienzimmer. Bekommen habe ich ein Doppelzimmer. Ok gut nachts um 23 Uhr mit zwei fertigen Kindern haben wir zu 3 im Doppelbett geschlafen. Ein drittes Bettzeug wollte man mir dann auch erst nicht geben. Irgendwie hat es dann doch geklappt. Der erste Eindruck vom Zimmer war „runtergekommen“ Der Teppich fleckig genauso wie die Vorhänge. Das Zimmer hat nach abgestandenen Rauch gerochen. Im Bad lagen Haare am Boden. Ich bin echt nicht pingelig aber nochmal nein danke. Vielleicht hätten wir einfach nur Pech mit dem Zimmer.
