I went out for multiple tours and every time I came back they would greet me “welcome back how was the tour?” They were very attentive The food was so good. "Awesome staff and amazing resort. Everything gave 5 stars to me. The breakfast and dinner were delicious. I had room service dinner regularly and it was always good and presented so beautifully. Tea time was enjoyable also. Various tea and coffee options with little cakes and snacks. Carts to transport you around the resort. Just lovely. Isolated from central ubud. As a solo traveler I would say the resort is more enjoyable for couples unless you are going to cut off from the world."

"Stayed here for 5 nights and I’m amazed at how beautiful this hotel is!! The staff were absolutely amazing and super welcoming and helpful!! Location is great, had no issues getting to my destinations around Ubud. The breakfast was amazing and so fresh unlike any other hotel I have been to. I would definitely come back here and once again thank you so much to the incredible staff!!"
