My stay in Sarawan Hotel was above my expectations because The room rate was much cheaper than the other hotels around the proximity Hotel was well cleaned Amenities were much cheaper Staff and services were excellent Atrium mall is adjacent and within two minutes walk where one can do all the shopping Property condition and facilities are excellent I will give ***** (five star) all in all !

Stayed in Sarawan Hotel, the hospitality in the Hotel was too good. I had a pleasant stay, as the bedroom was clean and comfortable. The bathroom were well maintained and cleaned. Thanks to Sina and Kashif. I will definitely recommend Sarawan Hotel , as its right in the city centre and near all the amenities of life! Will give my stay a five star! Prajaya Bikram

We were given rooms with horrible mattresses, dirty, broken furniture, damaged door frames and the ceiling was falling. Lots of bugs, moldy and horrible customer service. They gave us run down rooms with dirty linens. We asked to change and they showed us rooms without curtains, dirty and with broken furniture. They lost our clothes when we gave them for laundry and never got them back. It was a horrible experience.

When arrived there was no hot water in the room we complained and was advised that it was hot ,hotel sent engineer to check the water in the room ,then made some changes to their geezer ,water became luke warm but not enough to shower ,this ordeal continued througout our 5 day stay with complaints everday to the manager but water was always cold.breakfast was poor ,cold and dirty tables we requested fresh breakfast to be made,however they would bring us cold breakfast saying its fresh.cutlery was broken and in very poor condition, very un hygienic ,the price we paid was not worth the stay i complained to Expedia on the first day of our stay to request change of hotel ,they were not helpful at all and askes for me to resolve the issue with the hotel directly, very poor service from Expedia, i wont be using their services ever again .
