Temiz ve modern

Odalar çok güzel dekore edilmiş çok modern ve temizdi. Kahvaltıda her şey düşünülmüştü çok çeşitliliğe sahipti. Otel çalışanı olsun sahibi olsun çok güler yüzlü ve yardımsever insanlardı. Karabük şartlarında gidilebilicek en iyi otel olduğunu düşünüyorum. Her şeyiyle bizi memnun etti.

Atlantis Home Palace Otel’de geçirdiğimiz konaklama her açıdan beklentimizin üzerinde oldu. Gezgin ve süreli konaklamalar yapan bir aile olarak daha girişte lobideki modern ve şık tasarım, tertemiz ortam ve huzurlu ambiyans otelin kalitesini hissettirdi. Odalar son derece geniş, konforlu ve tertemiz; aileler için de oldukça uygun. Hem lüks ve şık bir otel deneyimi yaşatıyor hem de fiyat-performans açısından bölgedeki birçok otelden çok daha ekonomik. Bölgedeki fiyatları uçuk otellerin bizzat gelip görüp; temizlik, düzen, misafirperverlik ve iç mimarisindeki özel ambiyansları feyz almaları gerekir desem yeri. Çevre otellere, gerçekten sizlerde Atlantis Home Palace gibi müşteri memnuniyetini üst düzeylere çıkarmayı başarabilirsiniz, demek yerinde olur. Temiz ve konforlu bir oteldi. Kahvaltı hizmeti de iyiydi. Resepsiyondaki gorevli de guler yuzluydu. İki eksigi vardı. Klima ve seccade yoktu odalarda. Dile getirince klimanın eylülde taktıralacağı söylendi. Seccadenin ise konulacağı soylendi. Güzel hizmet için teşekkürler.
