Received mixed instructions from reception and handy man. Why can't this be in a welcome booklet, saving guests all the anxiety? Sauna area was good but there was no convenient way from...

"Das Hotel wie auch das Personal ist super auf Familien (auch mit Babys) engestellt. Alles war super und angenehm. Einzig, dass die Bergbahnen bereits geschlossen waren, war nicht so toll. Daher die Empfehlung, dies unbedingt vorgängig zu klären."
