已到店 check in 只提供兩房選擇高層有滑梯需多附二百元，否则安排最低層面對大馬路。幾經討論後需等4:00若無人出價至可入住。房間滑梯只是作宣傳，是不能載重。酒店位置正兩捷運站中間，晚上要经一條無燈長街。服務員態度有待改善，不見議選擇。

Good location & convenient

We arrived at the hotel around 7pm and check in was an easy process. Slightly annoyed that the room we wanted to choose was shown as available on their screen however it was rebooked for an additional by current guess. The room itself was clean and bed was comfortable. Our kettle was broken and reception replaced it right away. We asked for additional pillows and they were delivered immediately. Customer service was great and very helpful. We asked about the air conditioning in the room as it was freezing and hoovering around 19.5 degrees Celsius. When we asked if the temperature can be adjusted to heating, We were told that function wasn't available. Ended up turning off the A/C as the room was getting way too cold for a good nights sleep. Location is good, same distance walking to Central Park or Formosa Blvd MRT. Bus stop nearby as well if you wish to use that instead. Overall experience at The Icon was good and would stay there again if we return to Kaoshiung.

房門質素一般般

第一晚房間有很大煙味，打開房門一個鐘都不能儘散，讓我無法入睡。之後換了房間，間中仍聞到淡淡煙味。 部分毛巾有啡黃污漬。 傢具有點舊。 但價錢合理，地點理想，服務態度很好。

房間住三晚 電視都係有問題，由第一晚向前枱服務生反應後對方主動到房間看後說處理不了，明天會通知維修員跟進，到第二晚外出後仍是不得，打去前枱，對方只叫關掉電視再試 ，而我已告知已關機再開多不可以，對方竟說：是這樣！就掛線！我簡直唔知有乜反應！！！到第三天外出時又再次通知處理，到晚上亦不得，再打去前枱，對方話已拍片，問題係，已拍片，但仍有問題，那麼拍來作什麼！！！證明到過！！如真的有服務是否應怎樣都交待一聲，唔係要到我再三追問先通知！！ 結果，前枱位男士到我房間，自己攪一輪，塊面兩行汗都直流，又拔又插攪一大輸先處理好，如真有維修過仍需攪這麼久？而且這樣跟進方式，不是應於第一晚甚至第二晚要做，而不是最後一晚，而且仲要我再三投訴先處理！！ 作為服務性行業。 幫客人跟進完， 不是應該主動聯絡客人！！而不是待客人又再三次投訴才通知！！ 再者，到房間那位男士，全程一點表情都無 ，話拍左片 ，亦叫相關同事試左30分鐘(天呀！試左禁耐都吾得 ，仲要同我講拍左片 ，反而我感覺到服務生厭我煩 ，我都拍左片俾你)更話應未開機頂盒，如真冇開又為何一入房時係冇問題呢？？ 雖然，外出不是為個電視，但這是設施之一，更重要係連外出前想看下當天天氣都不能 第一次感受到台灣服務這麼不熱情

早咗去到check-in，有得Upgrade 揀大大靚房，可惜第二日早機，食唔到出名好食嘅早餐。距離捷運站約10-15分鐘路程，拖喼行略遠咗少少。台灣d行人路高低不平，拖喼行馬路邊會好行d。不過下次一定會再住。

特別的旅店

房間氛圍很棒 床也很好睡 住起來感覺很舒適 只不過冷氣涼的很慢 然後蓮蓬頭的連接處會滲水影響水量 這2點有些可惜。

方便又舒適

雖然空間不大 但住起來非常舒適 地點又非常方便 在尖沙咀地鐵B2出口一出來的對面 非常好找 附近很好逛 也不用擔心吃的問題 餐廳多到難選擇 走路到維多利亞港口也只要十來分

お洒落なホテル

全てのお部屋のデザインが違う面白いホテルでした。朝食は地下の朝食会場で頂けますが、バイキング形式ではなく決まった内容のものが出されました。チェックイン時にベジタリアンかどうかの確認があったので、朝食はベジタリアン用か、ノンべジタリン用の2種類しかないかと思います。

Nearest subway was Central Park exit 3 & it’s about 8-10 mins walk to the hotel. Room was spacious & good for 2 persons if you have large luggage. Breakfast was good too. Downsides were room was not brightly lit up, used drinking mugs were not washed during housekeeping, & bedsheet together with blanket comforter were tucked in together under the mattress but this also cause loosen bedsheet when the comforter is being pull out. Overall of stay was pleasant & will give a rating of 7/10. Thank you
