"Had an comfortable stay, the room was actually pretty spacious and the bathroom was as well. I loved using the shuttle to get to and from the train station at the airport and they had it running at least every hour to every 30 minutes! The convenience store at the lobby level is 24 hours and has a wide selection! They also have a beauty store and souvenir shop that has decent pricing and is open from 9-10 i believe. Overall great stay!!"

"Very fortunate to be the guest on a grand opening of the hotel. We only found out after checking in! The front desk staff were very warm and welcoming and the rooms were delightful. We only planned to stay there for one night but we just had to stay for another because the room and the view and the people in the accommodations were so amazing, top-notch five star. Personally, our favourite hotel we’ve ever stayed at."

"Rooms nice and large and has netflix!! Breakfast buffet very good. Pizza in dining rm ok. Clubhouse sandwich not good at all. Wine selections very good. Good hotel at a good price. Worth staying here. Got a late checkout for 3 hrs 60 ish CAD. Worth it. I would return."

"Spacious room, very clean, lots of great amenities (washer dryer, iron, water refill, onsen). Highly recommend"

"Internet connection was fantastic and very much needed, too!!"

"Clean hotel and center to everything"

"Good clean rooms at a reasonable price"

"The staff at the hotel were exceptional. Everyone spoke English, and there were always multiple people available to assist us (no waiting!). The hotel location is in the heart of the Shinjuku area, which is full of Japanese young people and tourists in the evenings (especially weekends). The rooms are a bit small by American standards, but we were comfortable. The bathrooms were spotless and the shower was excellent. Breakfast had an incredible number of choices, and was consistently delicious....

"清潔感のあるホテルで気に入って毎回利用させてもらっております。 スタッフの方の対応も素晴らしいと思ってます。"

"This hotel was great value for the price and up to high Japanese standards, even the breakfast was good, with lots of variety of both Western and Asian choices. Check-in was totally electronic but staff was very helpful."
