Had a great stay here! The beach and views were absolutely beautiful, and there were lots of fun activities to choose from throughout the day. The resort was clean and well maintained, and the staff were super friendly and helpful. I also felt very safe the entire time, which made it easy to really relax and enjoy the stay. We had an amazing stay! The resort is very safe, peaceful, and fun. There are many different dining options as well as several buffets. All of the staff were super friendly and treated us well. Our buildings concierges David and Cielo were incredibly helpful during our stay. They were able to answer all of our questions, as well has assisting us with different bookings. There are multiple pools on site and a beach as well. Our room was also very nice and the cleaning crew did an amazing job upkeeping it. There are also many actives and shows to enjoy as well. Thank you so much for making our stay great!

PRO- A very large resort that is very family & young kids friendly. Lots of food and pool activities for younger kids. The buffet has a smaller variety of options but each dish was well prepared. The resort is nature themed with local animals and vegetation surrounding each pathway. CON- the lack of lighting. Some of the walkways have no lighting at night. There is also a lack of activities at night adult guests with many of the bars closing at 6pm and opening at 10am.The transportation from one area to the next was slow at times. With many of the carts on the side with no drivers available. Highly recommended for families with young kinds or a carefree relaxed time. Not suited for guest looking for something to do after 8pm.

This was our first time staying at the Grand Palladium, and we had a wonderful experience. My husband and I stayed at Kantenah, while our adult kids stayed at Colonial. It worked out perfectly- they were close to all the activities and entertainment, and we were just steps from the beach, which I absolutely love. This is definitely a resort we would return to. We enjoyed the food, the shows, and the overall atmosphere. My only suggestion would be to offer even more entertainment geared toward teenagers and young adults. The White Party was a huge hit for my sons (and for us!), and more events like that would be fantastic. I truly recommend this resort for all ages-everyone will find something to enjoy. And special kudos to the entire staff. I have zero complaints. Everyone worked incredibly hard and treated us wonderfully, allowing us to relax and feel completely taken care of throughout our vacation.

I can say that the cleaness of the room was clean as often and neat. The staff were great from checking, guest services, to the dinning room and they were helpful to listen to your need and delivered. They were 2 agents that asign for expedia , David and ceilo were very good in what they do..I can conclude people and the family friebd were very frienldly.. one more thing in the future the hotel should provide transportation is a big resort.thank you.

We enjoyed our stay at the Grand Palladium. We booked Colonial but was bumped into Kantenah and VIP guests. Being VIP guests, we got access to exclusive restaurants and lounges and concierge service. David and Cielo, our concierges, are awesome. They are always a text message away.

Our experience at the Grand Palladium Colonial Resort was absolutely perfect from start to finish. Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade thanks to booking through Expedia, which made our stay even more special. The resort itself is stunning—beautifully maintained grounds, spacious and comfortable rooms, and a wide variety of restaurants and activities to enjoy. Every staff member we encountered was welcoming, attentive, and made us feel at home throughout our stay. From the pools to the beach, everything exceeded expectations. The atmosphere was both relaxing and lively, offering the perfect balance whether you wanted to unwind or take part in activities. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and will definitely be returning. Highly recommended to anyone considering a stay in the Riviera Maya!

Beautiful beach and great service

Huge resort with a beautiful beach and great service from all the people working there. Only downside is the quality of the food. Both the buffets and the A la carte restaurants.
