A special thank you to Jannah at the reception for her warm welcome, professionalism, and attentiveness. She was courteous, efficient, and always ready to assist with a genuine smile, which made the check-in and overall experience truly pleasant. Also a big thank you to Jagjeet for placing the slice of birthday cake in our room so that i may surprise my best friend on her birthday! I would also like to commend the housekeeping team for the birthday decorations as well as maintaining the room in impeccable condition. "Nice hotel, very strategically located. The restaurant has variety food to cater for all. Word of caution for the Biryani served at adjacent joint. The egg they give you is really bad."

"The staff were very friendly and welcoming, especially the young man at reception during check-in and the breakfast restaurant manager. However, the overall experience was average. The room for two was quite small and rather dark, although it was clean and nicely maintained. The bathroom is in the typical Malaysian style, so after showering the whole floor becomes wet. A floor squeegee would really help. The towels had visible stains, which was disappointing. In the restaurant, many of the chair covers were stained. Breakfast options were limited for a European guest – mostly toast and beans. I tried some of the local dishes, but they felt too heavy for breakfast. On a positive note, the samosas and spring rolls were very good. Overall, it was an okay stay, but there is room for improvement. "
