This property exceeded all of my expectations! The staff was the best. They were helpful at all levels. Especially the senior front desk manager and the dining manager, cook and waitress in the dining area. I had a special request and their attention to detail was the best. I’m very impressed and grateful for making my stay there memorable. Thank you!

Stayed mid may. Roof bar only open on weekends. The convenience store is stocked but closed, we had to stay in a separate building away from the main hotel, which I didn't love in the humidity and rain. The whole place has air of being partially closed down. Pool bar is soulless, beed carpaccio was just sliced steak. Cockroaches in the bedroom, room was seriously hot when we got there. I think the place has potential but the owners need to try harder . Staff were very nice and helpful.
