"Clean and well appointed room for 3pax. One of the Jap reception staff are not friendly and seemed unwilling to help. Breakfast are the same everyday. For us who stayed 5 nights, would be good it they can change every other day. Location is great. Plenty of food choices around. But make sure to make reservation for the popular restaurant and also be aware that some establishments are foreigner unfriendly. "

"Think of glamping - that’s kind of what the room was. Comfortable but basic. Very thin walls so if you’re a light sleeper definitely stay away. Kind and generous staff of the coffee shop (basically the lobby of the building) fantastic cheese toast. "

"I had an excellent stay! Beautiful classic room with everything you need- a water kettle, a writing desk, a nice view, and a soft bed. The lobby Konbini was perfect for snacks, drinks, souvenirs, and late night meals. The lobby doesn't have wifi but the young man at the front desk called a taxi to the airport for me after I had checked out, he even escorted me to the door to talked to the driver for me. Lovely and not on a major tourist route. "

"Rude and dismissive staff. We booked three rooms for three nights but when we arrived we found it unsatisfactory. Among other things, our non-smoking rooms had cigarette smells, probably due to poor ventilation in the building. We asked the hotel if we could just stay one night and get a refund for the other two nights and the counter staff just said no. Just one word, no. The manager came out and said we could leave tomorrow if we wanted but we can't get our money back. There was zero attempt at service recovery. None of them bothered to ask what we found lacking and if there was anything they could do to make it better. I have stayed in multiple other Japanese business hotels but none with staff as rude as Court Hotel. Bad service, tired rooms, poor ventilation, and weak aircon – do yourself a favour and just stay somewhere else. "
