AMAZING!!

The front desk staff were absolutely adorable! The property was beautiful! The bed and room were fantastic! Breakfast was lovely and pool and view were stunning! This end of Kamala Beach was quiet yet steps away from lots of restaurants and bars.

We travel with family of 5, had family room with king and two twins (it’s actually rollaways) room was spacious but with only one bathroom and connected with glass shower, which for a larger group is very inconvénient. Hotel is clean with two pools and access to a beach however there are no beach lounge or chairs and no umbrellas on the beach so we used towels that you have to go to the front desk to pick up. It was just OK, I would recommend intercontinental next door. Twinpalms was my least favorite hotel we stayed throughout our trip around Thailand.

The hotel is situated on the beach, but unfortunately, they don’t provide chairs on the beach. So, you’ll have to lay down your towel in the sand. Chairs are only available in the pool, and they’re quite limited. This place feels more like an apartment hotel with very limited service. It’s definitely not a luxury hotel

Nice hotel on a fabulous beach

Was a lovely surprise to stay here. Huge room with a lounge, kitchen & dining area. Beautifully designed hotel with a real calmness and quality about it. Staff lovely, friendly & helpful. Only recommendations would be:- 1) gym equipment needs servicing & internet connections 2) rooms need a stand on which you can dump your suitcase - we both were living out of ours on the floor.

Die Hotelanlage ist sehr schön gestaltet. Auch die Zimmer was sehr schön und extrem sauber. Leider lag unser Zimmer sehr nahe an der Strasse. Der Lärm war zu laut. Das Frühstück war wunderbar. Es gab viele Früchte und warme Gerichte konnte man aussuchen. Am Pool hat es keine Sonnenschirme. Nur Palmen welche nicht immer Schatten spendeten. Ansonsten war alles perfekt.

Fantastisk hotell! Jeg har vært i Thailand 7 ganger tidligere og dette har helt klart vært det beste hotellet jeg har bodd på her. Rent, pent, hyggelig og en nydelig frokost. Spar tid på å lete etter hotell - bare å booke dette stedet.
