"Liked: staff and service, cleaness, property condition, breakfast, location, working AC, amenities. Friendly and helpful staffs made me feel welcome and my stay very pleasant. I loved the spacious room with bright and modern deco. Breakfast included traditional Sicilian food which was special. The location was perfect - tucked away in a quiet plazza yet closed to all tourist attractions, central train station, and LiDL supermarket. I didn't find anything lacking from the hotel. "

"The hotel was very quaint with some lovely original features but renovated to a high standard. We couldnt easily find the hotel having walked from the station but Michele was waiting for us on the street corner. As the rooms are on the first floor he carried my case up the stairs for me. The room was spacious, clean and well equipped. Communal tea and coffee facilities were just outside our room. Michele was very informative about Palermo and recommends places to visit and eat. "

"Kala Rooms were clean and in a good location close to the harbour and main shopping/eating old town tourism areas. The breakfast worked well across the plaza in front of Kala Rooms, with a hotel-provided coupon to a pastry shop for a wide variety of delicious fresh pastries and coffees."

"The room was great. Plenty of space and it was very clean and the bathroom was very clean as well. I really liked the space in the shower as I’m really tall and often in places in Italy it’s hard to shower. The host was extremely helpful regarding how to get around Palermo. You’re not very far from the train station nor are you very far from Quattro Canti where many restaurants are. I would love to stay at this property again."

"Es hat ein Ambiente als ob man in die eigene Wohnung kommen würde, ein sehr schönes, helles, sauberes Zimmer mit Bad, Dusche und WC in einem typisch italienischen Gasserl mit Balkonen und Wäscheleinen. Rundherum ist man mitten im Zentrum von lauter Lokalen und Geschäften, trotzdem ist es eine ruhige Gasse. Die Treppen zur Wohnung sind sehr steil, aber es gibt einen Lift vom Halbstock bis hinauf, alles ist gut abgesichert durch ein elektronisches Zahlenschloss. Die Dame und der Herr waren beide...

"Beautiful room. Thankfully we had the washroom inside the room. 😊 Convenient, full grocery store downstairs! Lots of great restaurants around. Definitely a safe area, though we weren’t out too late."
