"Hard to reach the town Centre due to parking limitations but that’s not the hotel’s issue the city has terrible infrastructure, narrow roads , limited ways to look after the huge influx of tourists in the summer time."
"The location is great, just a short walk to the port area and a nice stroll into the old town. The property is dated. We had a sea view room with a tiny balcony, the views were great from the high floor room. The lift is tiny but very quaint."
"What an absolutely wonderful experience! Ikos Dassia is without doubt the best hotel we have ever stayed in, and we loved every minute of our holiday.
The resort is simply beautiful, with stunning surroundings, immaculate gardens and breathtaking views across the sea. Everything is maintained to an exceptionally high standard, and the whole place has such a lovely, relaxed atmosphere.
The food was outstanding, with an incredible choice of restaurants and delicious meals throughout our stay. The quality of the food, drinks and service was exceptional.
What really makes this hotel special, though, is the staff. Everyone was so friendly, welcoming and attentive, and nothing ever seemed too much trouble. The attention to detail throughout the resort was remarkable.
It really is a little piece of paradise, and we came away feeling thoroughly spoilt. We made some wonderful memories and genuinely didn’t want to leave!
We would return in a heartbeat and cannot recommend Ikos Dassia highly enough. An unforgettable holiday and a truly exceptional hotel!"
"Hospitality was phenomenal! The breakfast was exceptional! Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this property to all!! The staff went above and beyond with every request!!"
"We arrived an hour early and were pleased with our room, although the sea view was quite limited. We had requested single beds rather than a double, which meant my mother had to sleep on the sofa. While the shower did not initially work, it was repaired promptly. The food was acceptable, though I would have appreciated more variety as the menu remained the same each day; specifically, the breakfast options were disappointing, with poor-quality sausages and greasy bacon and eggs. Although we booked an all-inclusive package, many drinks required an extra charge, and the cocktails seemed diluted as we felt no effects after thirteen drinks. The pool and entertainment were wonderful, although the magic performance was a bit dull. The à la carte dinner, however, was exceptional and truly delicious. A significant drawback was the number of steps, which would be difficult for those with mobility issues, and the lack of lighting in those areas at night. Furthermore, the location is quite isolated with nothing in the immediate vicinity, so we remained at the hotel for the duration of our four-day stay. Overall, we had a beautiful time and the weather was amazing."
