All staff was super sweet. They picked me up at the airport a little after 10pm with snow on the sides of the road taller than the van in places. The "room" was actually a 1 bedroom apartment! So cute and clean.

An excellent place to stay between the ferry and airport - and the shuttle service was great between both destinations. Our room was a large and comfortable suite, and the hotel is within walking distance to restaurants and also along Juneau's public transit system - with a bus stop conveniently located near by.

It's a very clean, spacious, and convenient hotel in the heart of Juneau, they proviide shuttle to both the airport and the ferry terminal, staff is very helpful and friendly, highly recommended.

Always friendly staff, and a free airport/ferry shuttle from the property. The rooms are a bit dated and have had some repairs to some of the rooms which are visible, but despite that they are very comfortable and clean. The beds I have slept on were all very comfortable.

Hotel was very quiet and comfortable, if a bit dated. It was convenient to the airport and a couple of restaurants. A grocery store was 10 minute walk, if you want to use the kitchen. The shuttle bus was a big savings, because taxis are expensive
