Good Experience, Would Stay Again.

Customer service was fantastic. Everyone was extremely helpful and friendly. The room was just okay, location wise on the 3rd floor. Cleanliness issue (trash leftover in can in living area) and a little outdated in the shower area, but overall, my stay was very comfortable and convenient. I would stay here again.

Great Second Stay for the Holiday

Second room as a part of my holiday stay for Thanksgiving and it was a great experience overall. From checking out to checking back in, the staff is wonderful and very helpful. My second room was better than the first so moving forward, I’ll choose that style in the future. Room was clean, updated and comfortable.

Go-to for holidays

Location is great and convenient. Enjoyed my stay. Somewhat noisy first thing in the morning from laundry service knocking on the door at 8am, vacuuming, etc. I did choose to pay at the property but my card was ran prior. When I asked the associate about it, she said they did not have access to that information and run credit cards every morning. That was odd to me that they don’t have access to payment preference information. Aside from that, good experience. Will stay again.
