Uma fria!

Era temporada de inverno, calefação no quarto muito fraca, ar condicionado mal esquentava, um só aquecedor portátil, pedimos outro não tinha. Vedação de portas e janelas insuficiente permitindo entrada de vento frio permanentemente. Apesar da boa vontade do responsável pelo atendimento na pousada tentando sanar esse problema, passamos muito frio. A Casa Suaya deveria assumir e reconhecer suas limitações durante o inverno, não aceitando hóspedes até que tenha solucionado tais deficiencias. Saímos de lá só com um forte resfriado, mas poderia ser algo pior.

Séjour très reposant et service au top!

Nous étions 3 couples dans l'hôtel donc nous avions le sentiment d'être très privilégiés ! Le service est au top ! Mention particulière pour le Monsieur qui tient le bar/restaurant Nourriture correcte sans plus. Grand choix de pâtisseries quelconques le matin. Espace piscine très agréable avec ombre et soleil et transats confortables. Dommage que la route soit à proximité. 2 sur les 3 piscines n'ont pas vraiment d'intérêt car bassin peu profonds Pour aller à la jolie plage sauvage il faut traverser la route et vous pouvez rejoindre à pied José Ignacio en 40 minutes à pied, promenade agréable par la plage. Immenses chambres avec coin kitchenette, bouilloire...donc bien équipées. Déco différente pour chacune d'entre elles plus ou moins réussies. Si vous dormez au RDC, privilégier les 2 plus proches de la piscine car celle au bout la 103? a la vue sur une grande poubelle ! Leurs terrasses sont sans intérêt. Matelas un peu mou.

Increíble estadía con inmejorable anfitrión

¡Nuestra estadía en Casa Suaya fue simplemente espectacular! Sergio, nuestro anfitrión, hizo todo lo posible para asegurarse de que mi esposa, nuestra mascota (una pug) y yo nos sintiéramos como en casa durante nuestra estancia. Desde el momento en que llegamos, Sergio nos recibió con una gran sonrisa y nos brindó una cálida bienvenida. Él nos mostró las instalaciones y nos explicó cómo funcionaba todo. Además, nos proporcionó recomendaciones y consejos útiles para aprovechar al máximo nuestra visita a Punta del Este. La atención de Sergio fue excepcional durante toda nuestra estadía. Él siempre estuvo disponible para responder nuestras preguntas y nos hizo sentir como en casa. Se aseguró de que nosotros y nuestra mascota estuviéramos cómodos en todo momento. Además, las instalaciones de Casa Suaya son simplemente impresionantes. La piscina y el jardín son hermosos y el ambiente es tranquilo y relajante. Disfrutamos mucho de las comodidades y servicios que ofrece el lugar, en especial su excelente desayuno. En general, recomendaría Casa Suaya a cualquiera que esté buscando una escapada tranquila y relajante en José Ignacio. Hotel lindo mas falta Manutenção

O hotel é lindo. Os atendentes todos foram muito atenciosos. Mas o hotel necessita de manutenção tal como pintura, mobiliário, utensílios de restaurantes e etc... Uma pena porque o hotel e mto prazeroso.

Quartos grandes, cama excelente. Hotel num campo com árvores, muito silêncio. Recepção eficiente e muito prestativa. Restaurante, quando lá estivemos, excelente. Café da manhã completíssimo é delicioso. Piscina muito limpa, serviço de toalhas de piscina ótimo.

Such a disappointment

This hotel has a wonderful location, just past Jose Ignacio. Unfortunately it is now rundown and unkempt. The grounds, which were lovely when the hotel first opened, are now a disaster. Doubt they have seen a gardener all summer. There were big black ants traveling up the walls outside our room. Huge dead water bugs lay on the floor of the restaurant bathroom. Quite unappealing, to say the least. This hotel could be fantastic, but needs a lot of TLC, and it is not receiving it.

A suíte é ótima. Além de linda, tem uma vista excepcional do nascer do sol, e do mar. Uma pintura. A cama é fantástica, e o quarto tem tudo o que precisa. O café da manhã é muito bom. Com itens fresquinhos é muito saborosos. O atendimento se destaca positivamente

Nice hotel at the beach

Spent my stay with our two kids off season. Good location and incredible view to the ocean from our beds. Nice, rustic hotel. Close to Jose Ignacio's beach. Beautiful pool and great breakfast.

Muy cálido

Muy buena, todo muy cálido. La gente super amable y el desayuno increíble. Las habitaciones son comodísimas, lo único que la calefacción es por aire acondicionado frío calor, para mí debería ser un poco más fuerte.
