large rooms light and airy (upstairs , downstairs seemed like they may be a little dark and there would be people walking past all the time) steps to upper floor slippy in the tropical weather so be aware if this is a thing for you. all staff, like everywhere in Antigua very friendly and helpful (one minor exception - housekeeping on day of departure a little rude / brusk). quite location , except gardening noise most days (they have to be maintained) walking distance to restaurants but otherwise a car is needed.

I felt really safe at Colibri. Everyone around the area was so helpful. Colibri was so convenience because everything u needed including supermarket and restaurants were located within walking distance. Would definitely come here again for a hassle free vacation 💯

As an Antiguan taking a short staycation with friends, this was a good option that gave us each our own private space with large common areas both inside and out where we could enjoy each others company. The pool was clean and areas around the pool provided enough shade for a comfortable outdoor experience. With three rooms, the apartment can easily accompdate a family of 6 or group of friends.

Colibri court is very well kept. The rooms are beautiful! Beach towels for use. Parking out front. Grocery on way In To property. Asha is very accessible if anything is needed. The pools were clean. Small one for kids was perfect. Thank you

The property was lovely. Barely had hot water but not a deterrent. My children enjoyed the pool which was super safe for my smaller children to play in

I had a great time staying at Colibri Court with my family. The villa was spacious, nicely decorated and clean. The cleaning staff did an excellent job preparing and maintain the space. The fridge was stocked with water and drinks for us which was a nice touch. Asha, the property manager, was an excellent host. She was kind, professional and responsive to all of our needs. Things I didn’t like: - I wish that there was a closer restaurant opened daily for breakfast. We had to go to the supermarket to find breakfast. - The pool was not kept clean throughout the duration of our stay. We weren’t able to swim in the pool on our last day there because the pool was not clean. - leading up to my stay there was some confusion with my reservation because I was told that the property switched ownership. The new owners were expecting me to cancel and rebook by reservation which I was not comfortable with. In the end they worked things out and there end and I had an enjoyable stay. The back and forth was very stressful since it was literally a few days before my arrival. Note/ the unit does come with wash rags (only towels). If you use wash rags/towels for showering, consider bringing your own.
