The room was small and compact, featuring only basic amenities and lacking windows. Unfortunately, the thin walls allowed loud banging sounds to be clearly audible, which significantly detracted from the overall staying experience.

Facts of hotel not accurate on hotel.com booking

The rates on hotel.com was almost 3 times the actual walk in rates at hotel. Even though hotel.com states free parking, actually there is no free parking. U park on the street and hope that no one comes to write u a ticket according to the hotel staff!! Phone was spoilt. There was leftover drinks in fridge from previous guest I supposed. Fridge was also not cold at all. Can’t call it a fridge. It’s almost like a “cupboard” Each room only has one key card and if u need more u need to pay , if u need any more stuff, u need to pay. Don’t book this through hotel.com Overall disappointed

Good to be back

Been 3 years since came back for stay due to covid restriction, feels good. Lots of parking lots for parking. Staff is friendly and able to communicate with simple English. Quick check in, clean lobby. Room is good & air-con is working well. Has got hot shower & a quiet place to stay overnight. Overall a good place for short staycation

Terrible stay

Terrible sound insulation makes deep sleeping impossible! What is absolutely ridiculous is that I was told at the front desk that credit card payment is not accepted. A lot of essential toiletries such as comb are missing. No trash bin.

They need some education in definition of suite. A small double room, ordinary standard, and we paid for a suite. Come on. Never met less accommodating staff. We had 6 luggage and none of the 5 staff in lobby even bothered to open the door. Extremely poor service. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone. Room were clean, and that is the only positive thing to say about Geobay Hotel.

A good stay for a 3 star hotel

Overall a very good place to stay for a 3-star hotel, specially if driving, location is around 30 min drive from Singapore custom, ample open car park space. Nearby got local food courts & restaurant around, and a night disco just 1 min walk away. Hotel consist only 3 floor. The lobby is grant & staff can speak good English, check in is fast. Room is a bit on a smaller scale which consist of a queen bed, a small table & a toilet, but it was neat & clean, I like the lighting & bed is comfy. Air con is cooling & hot showers works. TV on the wall shows both local & Singapore shows. The not so good is Wifi a bit hectic to log in, and there are no windows in room so can't see outside, other than that its all good. Will stay there again

Very cosy and worth the price

Family suite is decent and bed is ultra comfortable 2 toilet in one room is also a very smart choice! Jucuzzi tub is nice but some nobs is missing

Room is too Small

Checked in around 5pm. Was shocked to receive a pouch containing an Air Con remote control and a TV remote control together with my key card and the deposit slip. Only mentioned to us that we have to bring this pouch back for check out tomorrow. Was very amused why they cannot leave these two remote controls in the Room for convenience sake?? Anyway, the room was very small and the toilet does not have any hangers to hang our clothes. Toilet paper does not have a paper holder at all. Toilet paper was put on the shelf together with shampoo and body gel. The room is so small and there is no windows at all. The highest is 3rd floor and you can hear lots of noise when guests walk in and out. The Wifi is so lack that it cuts off every now and then. For this price, I can look for a better hotel with great amenities nearby. Will never book this hotel again.
