Great price and comfy beds

Beds were comfortable and rooms clean. The kitchen did not come with supplies which was not a problem for us as we were going out with others. Location was excellent and staff were very caring.

Stayed here because all other hotels were booked or very pricey. From past experience this hotel chain is more of an extended stay. The staff were friendly enough. Checked in and had to have maintenance come to the room because the air wasn’t working. The beds were horrible.

You get what you pay for

Nice staff, clean for the most part except the floor. A construction crew was staying there and my room floor was very dirty and dusty. Definitely hadn’t been mopped before checking in. Also was only offered housekeeping one time during my week of staying there, and the floors didn’t get mopped then either. Other than that, I felt safe there and it was quiet at night.

Good, but not great.

The hotel was fine for what we needed except for the bed. It wasn't comfortable and I have back problems and it did hurt my back quite a bit. Otherwise, the room was clean and tidy and had just about everything we needed. The staff was really friendly and helpful. Check-in and out went very well.

Understand this is an extended stay facility. Finishing Installing new flooring upon arrival. GOOD THING, slight inconvenience. Room smelled like cigarettes. Old school outlets/switches, no USB. No amenities like soap, shampoo or hair dryer in room. Drawers had different types of debris in them.??!,? TV remote was sketchy. No ice machine. (Ice trays available upon request). Front desk closes at 10pm Full size Refridge/freezer worked great! (Allthough beat up pretty good). Parking was adequate. Fortunately we just needed a place to flop while attending Bristol race

The floor in the broom was extremely dirty. He needed at least three mops to get it clean. They were cockroaches coming from the backboard of the bed on the walls on the kitchen stove and on the microwave. Unless you are extremely tight on a budget, I would not recommend this hotel.

Basic room and truly outdated! The hall to our room smelled like urine. So did the downstairs. Our room was double assigned. As we were sleeping another family walked in. Not worth the price we paid. Friendly staff but it will be a never again for us.

When I arriv3d at this property, the staff were very professional. However, once i got to the room, the TV did not work. Once I notified the staff of this they saidbit wasn't programmed & it stated that way the entire stay. There were nonutensilsbforbthe kitchen, no cabinet doors on thw caninets & thw room looked as if it had not bn cleaned. I will not recommend this place.

The room had cockroaches and was dirty. The microwave was nasty! Have pictures to prove it. We refused to stay after going into the room and seeing the conditions. This was at around 3AM after a long drive to the hotel. Spoke with the manager and he refused to refund me. DO NOT STAY IN THIS UNCLEAN HOTEL!

I wish I had taken pictures the cabinets wasn’t finished, the bed was horrible we checked out at 4am because we just couldn’t take it any longer. The bed was just a frame and a little mattress two flat pillows more like a full size bed We had to move from out 1st room because the there was no hot water, there’s also no ice machines I get that all hotels doesn’t serve breakfast but no ice machine that’s different. You also can’t get an extra towel, needed a wash cloth for my body and one for my face and was told you can’t have an extra towel only one face cloth and one dry towel and to get another towel you have to turn in the ones you have. The refrigerator did work great I put my juice in and it froze within a hour. Other than that I do not recommend this place at all.
