Great location. Beautiful place. Great layout. Had everything you needed to be comfortable. Lots of room. Great outdoor space as well. Beds were very comfortable. The only complaint is the noise of the beds. Any movement causes loud noises that wake you up.

We enjoyed our stay. The apartment is located very conveniently to everything you could need. It was clean and well cared for and the beds were super comfortable. We would stay here again if ever back in the area.

Great apartment stay

Location was great, quiet area, clean rental as advertised. We did not do any cooking so I cannot speak for how well stocked the kitchen was, but everything else about the unit was nice.

Perfect for ETSU activities

We were in Johnson City for a college visit and volleyball tournament with one daughter - and the end of spring break (from a different college) for the other. The location was perfect for us, very near the university, restaurants, as well as parks and trails. It was great to have our own entry but feel the protection of a neighborhood and family home.

Great location for ETSU families!

We stayed here for Family weekend at ETSU. Very spacious, quiet ( you can't hear the train! IYKYK), exactly as pictured. There are stairs so those with mobility issues need to take that into consideration. This is a great home base for anyone coming to Johnson City.

We had a long weekend here and found the property very conducive to our family’s needs. The property was spacious and well-maintained, well-appointed but not cluttered. We were in town for our son's graduation at ETSU. We were 5 min from campus. Close to everything we needed. Location was private and quiet. Check in process was very easy. They even had games for the kids in the apartment. I would definitely stay here again. I felt the price was fair compared to other locations we have stayed at

We just needed a place to sleep while in town for ETSU vs Citadel football game. Teal We Meet Again was the perfect spot. Literally minutes from the field. Beds were comfy, place was clean and quiet. My husband appreciated the French coffee press. The guidebook with recommendations was appreciated. We took up one dinner recommendation for Mid City Grill. Delish! We will stay here again next year if we’re back for another game.

Perfect trip

Came into town with a buddy for the NASCAR race at Bristol. The place was perfect for us. It was furnished with everything we needed and definitely an ETSU decor. The most important things to us were firm beds, firm pillows, good water pressure in the shower and this did not disappoint. The beds and pillows were amazing and water pressure was fantastic. (It’s the simple things that make the biggest impact.). The location was great for access to stores and major roads. ETSU is practically around the corner. We had no issues at all. Any communication with Tricia, the host, was met with prompt responses. The instructions were detailed and accurate. Beautiful property and our only regret was we didn’t have time to enjoy it more.

My mom and I traveled to visit my brother in Johnson City. This was a wonderful location (very close to campus and Downtown area) , great apartment above the garage, beds were comfortable, hosts were very responsive when we inquired about something! We loved the patio area we had access to and used it both nights and one morning for coffee! We plan to stay again next year!!
