Hotel muy lindo, alejado por lo que hay mucho silencio y realmente puede uno relajarse. Lo único que no recomiendo es la comida en el restaurante pergaminos del hotel, pedi una ensalada y me la llevaron sin la lechuga mantequilla que indicaba en el menú, solo me sirvieron la ensalada sin lechuga y no se disculparon y el aderezo estaba en extremo salado, mi hijo pidio unos nuggets de pollo y estaban feos, no se los comió, mi esposo pidió una pizza y también muy fea, le dijimos al mesero y solo dijo que iba a decirle al chef.

No me pareció que ofrecen desayuno incluido. Pero al final aunque uno reserve una habitación dos adultos, un niño, solamente incluyen dos desayunos a la carta y de la carta solamente se pueden escoger ciertas opciones, lo cual para el precio del hotel, me parece que si no van a ofrecer un desayuno buffet como los hoteles de su nivel, al menos la escogencia debería ser cualquier desayuno de la carta. El jacuzzi es de agua TIBIA, porque trabaja con paneles solares, cuando se supone que se espera que un jacuzzi sea con agua caliente. Me parece que lo deben dejar claro en las características del hotel.

Do not stay at this hotel

Booked king bed room and was put on a double bed room. Also before arriving hotel contact me to try to cancel via Hotels.com and book directly. Hotel still hasn’t done anything regarding the issue with the reservation. If a king bedroom was booked ahead of time do not overbook your rooms and offer whatever is available. Management was either not available or too busy to talk to us. Go and stay elsewhere in Antigua, the other hotels I stayed at had way better service.

Bonito lugar

Todo muy bien, lo único malo que no permiten early check aún cuando no hay gente hospedada, éramos los únicos al llegar y nos hicieron esperar las 3 horas que faltaban para la habitación o puedes pagar $40 adicionales para que te la den. Si se pueden usar las instalaciones sin problema. El lugar es muy bonito, por lo demás perfecto.

lindo pero con un detalle importante a corregir

Este hotel es muy lindo con un ecosistema adorable, me he hospedado varias veces, pero en esta oportunidad tuve el infortunio de quedarme en las habitaciones del primer nivel y tuve la muy mala experiencia que se escucha todo del huésped de arriba y es muy molesto, porque paso que da se escucha y me toco una alma en pena que se dedicaba a caminar, fue muy desagradable, así que ese tema debe de mejorarse significativamente y tómenlo en cuenta.

Beautiful gettaway, nestled in between coffee fields and a few minutes away from Antigua Guatemala. They offer an endless amount of activities to keep you entertained for days. I would highly recommend.

The property is absolutely beautiful but we had to pay extra to upgrade because the room they gave us was in between the lounge and the restaurant. The staff wasn't very friendly and did not take the time to explain amenities.
