Excellent service from every single staff. Rooms is Segara is spacious and well maintained. There are so many dining options with different crusine and we love Luna rooftop bar. The only setback is there is construction going on in the property but noise is kept to a minimum level.

Unparalleled service

Service is unparalleled even at Bali standard. So many things to do especially for kids. 3 nights are not enough staying at ayana. It has everything you need inside. Kubu beach is the highlight of the stay. Definitely will be back.

Family Stay at Ayana Segara

It was our first time at Ayana Segara. Facilities were great with playgrounds and pools for the kids across all the resorts in the estate. The multiple resorts meant different options for the kids, which was great! Restaurants were good and so was the breakfast. I highly recommend spending some time at the Saka Museum. Staff were very polite and happy to help. The only minor downside was that a buggy is needed to go from the residence to other parts of the estate. It was not always readily available resulting in some waiting time. We will definitely go back!

An ok family stay

Booked two rooms for our family trip, one was the 2 bedroom ocean view, the other one was king bed ocean view. The 2 bedroom was wonderful, with good view of the ocean despite being farther away than the main Ayana hotel. Our king bed ocean view, however, was very disappointing. Half of our view was another room's corridor, and the rest seems so far from the ocean. Was very disappointed in that. The experience overall was good. The complex was somewhat too big for my liking, took too far to get to the beach and the segarra hotel was a bit small so all activities were centralized on the main ayana hotel. Liked the fact that there were plenty of dining options, and that the segarra facilities were somewhat wheelchair friendly.

The resort is stunning! So beautiful with incredible level of detail. Food at restaurants is excellent! From Kisk which is sea to table concert to the Italian for more easy going vibes. The staff are so attentive. Could not fault them. We were not prepared for the grandeur and scale of this report! It’s MASSIVE! The trams run regular enough to get places easily. We booked the day before and stayed 5 nights at the Segaria. Which has the best vibes I think from all the hotel options. RIMBA is very far out and when we visited the pools, it was wayyy to busy and full of people. More family orientated while Segaria has an adult only rooftop pool and bar! Negative for us was that everything around the hotel is about taking photos, to a scale we have never experienced before. People only care about social media instead of enjoying their holidays. So expect to wait for others photos all the time… it’s also very expensive. Small beer is 150k when other 5 star hotels we stayed in charge 70-90k Lots of loud construction going on at the hotel. But that is pretty impossible to escape in bali Overall though we very much enjoyed our stay, the room was spotless, breakfast amazing, facilities are the best we have ever experienced! And staff so welcoming! Thank you AYANA

Room is clean, with good wind down service towards the evening. Staff are generally friendly and helpful. However, they should have told us there is construction right outside Segara，which impacted the view of the pool and the noise is disturbing. We would have chosen another site if we were made known. Also, the shuttle bus to the main building is annoying, when it is full, we have to wait for another one. Also the spot alight and get on the bus is not sheltered, the experience does not match it price and you will get better option elsewhere. Also the spa and massage is ridiculously expensive. All in all, I would prefer stay in another location of Bali.

세가라 숙박

세가라가 제일 최근에생겼다해서 세가라로 했습니다. 방이 엄청 깨끗하고 화장실, 침대 모두 맘에들었습니다. 티비도 유튜브 넷플릭스 다됩니다. 트램이 자주다녀서 아야나로비, 림바 다니는데 전혀 불편함이없었어요 락바 한번쯤 가볼만하긴한데 굳이안내려가고 위에있는 아야나 식당에서 보는 뷰가 더 이쁜듯합니다. 세가라 앞쪽에 공사중인지 낮에는 공사소리가 좀 들리긴합니다

かなり広いリゾート施設

敷地内に４つのホテル、朝食会場も内容は同じですが雰囲気が違うので3か所で食べてみてください。とおっしゃってくださいました。無料シャトルで移動したり、歩ける範囲も多いので毎日敷地内だけなのに8千歩歩いていました。気になったのは、階段がとても多く、手すりは全くないので大変そうだと感じました。でも車椅子の方も来ていたのでヴィラだとバトラーもつくし良いのでは？と感じました。日本の夏より涼しく過ごしやすかったです。バリの文化を学ぶ場所があり、日本語の解説もあるので良かったです。
ブッフェスタイルの夕食とショーがついています。
何か気になっていたので説明があり良かったです。
12歳以下禁止スペースも素敵です。
