Zunächst wurden wir sehr freundlich empfangen und trotz dass wir bereits Stunden früher vor ort waren checkte man das Zimmer und wir durften es gleich nutzen statt erst um 14 uhr wie vorgegeben. Desweiteren bot man uns ebenfalls zum Essen ein welche ebenfalls noch nicht eingeplant war. Das Zimmer war sehr groß und einfach gehalten, sauber und ordentlich wie auch das Badezimmer. Sicher gibt es hier Renovierungsbedarf aber wir waren zufrieden da war schließlich nur zum Schlafen und Ruhen im Zimmer waren. Das Zimmer bietet alles was man benötigt, legt man jedoch wert auf Luxus und moderne Zimmer ist man hier falsch. Der Speisesaal ebenfalls sauber, genügend Auswahl am Buffet und auch hier das Personal sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück bietet Brötchen, Rührei, Speck wurst und Käse sowieso diverse Marmeladen und auch süße Speisen sowie cerealien. Wir hätten uns Obst gewünscht da man schließlich in Italien an der Quelle sitzt, allerdings völlig ausreichend und lecker. Mittagessen und Abendessen ebenfalls mit diversen Salaten, Mehrer Sorten pasta sowie ein Fleischgericht mit verschiedenen Beilagen. Abends gab es zusätzlich immer verschiedene Pizzen, Nachspeisen und auch Eis. Getränke gab es gut gekühlt aus Getränkespender. Die Speisen ware sehr gut aber hier ebenfalls keine kulinarische Highlights. Für uns war es mehr als ausreichend, wer hier Gourmet Küche mit Deko erwarte muss sich hier ebenfalls in einem größeren Sterne Hotel bedienen jedoch muss diese Leistung auch bezahlt werden.
