I dialed 0 and asked housekeeping to clean the shower, but the lady who answered the phone was rude and never sent anyone. "

"The hotel did not serve coffee or have coffee available for sale outside of the restaurant. Would recommend to have coffee in the lobby for guests. Also would recommend adding a foot stool in the shower for ladies."

"The property was beautiful and right on the boardwalk. The elevators weren't clearly marked to tell you which ones went to which floors, some only went part way up the building but others went all the way to the top. Otherwise it was fantastic "

"Front desk receptionist are very unprofessional. Both employees had their heads down in phone as I walked up to front desk. I stood there for a minute until some one greeted me. Then when I was greeted it was pleasant or with a smile. One was not in uniform. I wasn’t told about all the fees just partial so I was worried about the other charges that I seen on my account. The last two times I have been there the customer service has been getting worse."
