Poderia ter sido melhor

Poderia ter sido melhor. Foi apenas uma diária com esposa grávida e filho de 11 anos. Solicitei um travesseiro extra porque ela estava um pouco incomodada e o hotel negou, alegando que estava lotado. Percebi que estava mesmo movimentado, por causa dos altos barulhos promovidos por alguns casais bastante animados ao longo da noite. Fiquei com receio de meu filho acordar com tantos gritos. Sei que o hotel hospeda as pessoas e elas são livres para fazer o que quiserem, porém fiquei incomodado com a situação. Talvez, então, precise melhorar a acústica dentro dos quartos.

Chegamos após as 14 hs nosso check in estava pronto,a recepcionista muito gentil,nos ajudou na rua a voltar para o estacionamento,nos ajudou levar as malas,foi muitíssimo atenciosa,fomos para nosso quarto q estava muito agradável com um banho muito gostoso e relaxante,uma cama muito confortável,mais tarde chegou outra recepcionista muitooo gentil tbm,uma querida nos deu toda informação necessária,e mais tarde chegou outro rapaz tbm muito atencioso q ficou nos orientando sobre nossa janta,pedimos para ele nos servir se possível nosso café um pouco mais cedo do q o horário normal ,pois iríamos seguir viagem Ele cumpriu com sua palavra e 6:30 serviu nosso delicioso café em nosso quarto,ficamos super satisfeitos e felizes com o atendimento e atenção q todos ali nos deram,muito obrigado por tudo 🙏

Um hotel que cuida dos detalhes, tem tabela de preço dos itens para consumo, tem tampa nos ralos da pia e do box, tem uma tabela com os canais, instruções sobre a troca das toalhas, um lugar específico para apoiar sua mala no quarto, tudo isso para mim foram detalhes que notei que não teve em outras estadias que fiquei do mesmo porte que o San Remo, bom sem contar com a simpatia e educação dos funcionários. Também está bem localizado numa região central. Super indico
