I was in town for a birthday celebration, Inn is centrally located and within walking distance to restaurants, shops and bars. Will stay again when back in the area.

Lovely hotel, very quirky and a bonus fully equipped kitchen in a common area along with a lovely lounge with stairs up to a roof terrace! The only downside was nobody to check you in as it’s manned remotely. You pick up the key at the entrance from a coded key box.

We stayed just one night. We were messaged codes for keys the morning of our stay. The guy was quick to answer any questions we had via text. The room was beautiful and very clean. The bed was comfortable. Theres a mini fridge only but there’s a “Great Room” for guests with a full kitchen, big dining table and a sitting room. Check out was at 11, we locked up our keys and that was that. I highly recommend staying here. I would give ten stars if I could!

Not the first time we've stayed at JB Inn. While the room is comfortable, the bathroom amenities and space are a little lacking. Internet service was sketchy. The rooftop space was a nice place to go to after a day of vacationing. Overall, I'd just say that this historic and charming place just needs some TLC and updating. But would probably go back!

Great little getaway near all the good food and water!! Love of trains is a plus, as you are literally on the tracks!! Reminds me of my cousin Vinny!! A great little place to stay in the Jensen beach area!!”

Our room was and clean. Check in and out was very easy.our oy complaint was we were right next to the railroad tracks and a train went by many times during the night and was very loud!! I think we were the oy people booked the 1 night we were there, so i wish maybe we could have had a room that was literally right by the tracks and it might not have been so loud

We came here for a reunion and liked that it was in the middle of everything we had planned for the weekend. I liked the no contact where we got our keys in the lockbox. I like the kitchen and little box of goodies that was set out for each room. The rooms were cute and comfortable. Only thing I disliked was the ceiling fans were dirty and there was a spider and web hanging down from the ceiling.

Weekend getaway...

I booked for the weekend for my husband's birthday. Although, they don't have an all day staff on sight; Trevor was very helpful in making sure the cake I had delivered was put in my room before I checked in. The communication was great and the check in process was seamless. The location is great, many restaurants and shops near by... In regards to the train, I stayed in the Crane Suite and it wasn't an issue. Yes, we could hear it and feel the vibration, but not bad at all.

The building was locked up. My early check in DID NOT HAPPEN. Proprietor not available to let me i. I left after waiting 2 hours and went to my Wedding Venue and dressed in the Men's room.

Not the best Accommodations on Jensen Beach

The Inn is advertised on its website, FaceBook page, Hotel.com, and others as a 3 star B&B. The Inn is not a B&B. There was no breakfast, there was no restaurant, or bar/lounge as advertised. There was a card in the room stating there was a continental breakfast served starting at 7:30am each day. None of this was true. There was no concierge service as advertised. There was no room service. I never saw a maid. The coffee pot was dirty. There was no cream and sugar alongside the coffee maker. I actually had to ask the handyman, Brice, for these items. I had to ask him for extra towels. If it wasn't for Brice, I don't know what would have happened. I only saw one other employee, Trevor, who was the new owner, I think, and that was by accident when I went to look for Brice. The Inn is being renovated with new owners and consequently not as advertised.

Charming Well Furnished Classic Inn

Maybe the Treasue Coast 'Gold Coast's' North best kept secret ... until maybe now. Nestled into the small artsy town center of Jensen Beach along the Intercoastal Indian River Waterway. This classic seven guest room Inn above a restaurant is absolutely beautiful. Enjoy a well appointment living room common area and kitchen as well as a third floor deck with panoramic views of the charming little town and intercoastal river. Maybe even catch the train that motors by periodically to the immediate West from time to time. Greatness! Cheers. JMAC

Many restaurants within walking distance. Rooms were well decorated and clean. Tammie was very helpful. Breakfast was good. Wish I had known about the train horns happening throughout the night but obviously there is no way to control that. Would certainly stay again!
