"The lobby felt welcoming and the desk receptionist was very friendly. The beds were comfortable. Icky mold in areas where there is caulking [around the tub, for instance] made the bathroom feel dirty, when in fact, it might have been perfectly clean/sanitary. I would definitely stay here again because even though it was far from a 5 star hotel, I thought this hotel was a good value. I like safe, clean, and comfortable. This Comfort Inn [mostly] checked those boxes for me."

"Location great off highway. Staff polite, helpful. Bed linens clean. Multiple TVs in suite. Internet available including ethernet. Room tired, needs updating. Paint chipped, carpets threadbare and mismatched. Lights very dim. Refrigerator wobbles, not level. Microwave door doesnt open fully. Bathroom: Door hinges rusty, broken faucet handle, water pressure low to nonexistent, have to hold toilet handle down to flush, dust in corners of sink and tub, just doesnt feel clean. Bedroom: Pillows small and hard, mattress not very comfortable, drapes had stain splatters. For price i expected much, much better."

"Their breakfast was tiny prepackaged muffins and cereal bars. Ran out of coffee and never made more and it was only until 9:30 on weekends which they do not tell you when you check in. Staff not friendly and everything you ask was "I don't know ". Rooms had terrible odor and dirty towels and sheets had an old musty smell. No elevators which is not told to you and my husband has bad knees and we had to lug our luggage up and down steps "

"Overall stay was fine but the property outside was unsafe. They had a big snow storm WEEKS prior to my stay yet had not properly cleared the parking lot. It was icy and unsafe and was difficult to find parking as a result. Keeping your parking lot clean and safe should be a number 1 priority. "
